Thank you ;-)) The definition in your right arm really is nice! The separation is great. You can see each muscle group very clearly, the biceps, triceps, and forearms. Just the few workouts you do keeps them nicely defined. No doubt if you worked out a little more regularly, your muscles would get a little bigger, but your tone and definition really look great!
