this is a remake of the first zelda game for NES, but it was only in japan and it had 2 be downloaded using the satellaview(or BS-X) addon for SNES

Seeing how Nintendo has always tried to make these early "online" games with the SNES, N64.. maybe even the Famicom (not sure), why don't they put some effort NOW and make something like Zelda Online with weekly quests on the Wii?

Because, unfortunately, it's all politics. Nintendo is, afterall, a business ... And while a lot of fans might think something like this would be totally amazing now, the people at Nintendo who make all the decisions may not think it would be a profitable way to go. Even though Miyamoto is President (as far as I know -- still), a lot of what he wants doesn't pass the bill. It's like when you own a company, and the company gets large enough that you, even though YOU own it, are let go.

It's sad.

@DuuuuuhWhaaaa you can buy this game, but its easier just to emulate it, it wasnt available in US only Japan, it was supposed to be a more updated version of the orriginal zelda for NES but Zelda fans didnt enjoy the fact that you can change the sprite of your character,
