he wanted to change the state constitution to deny gays the right to marry once given that right by the state supreme court!
he believes certain people deserve more rights than others!
let's not insult all that senator kennedy fought for over the last 47 years by allowing this BIGOT any ability to amend the federal constitution, much less our state constitution.

@wntoply6 OK as far as gays go fish If your a boy you cant join the Girl Scouts right its easy. So if you show up to get married and you have anything other then a man and a women you dont meet the mold so its a nogo thats not being a bigot... another thing the SSC is not the body of law makers put there by the people and there fore should get their nose out of it. Agree with wntoply6, especially when Senator Brown decides to file a marijuana re-crim bill and then his staff defends it by lying and saying it's not re-crim but about public safety! Yet, every MA resident knows it's already illegal to drive under the influence. It's almost like they think we are stupid.

while i agree with brown that the pendulum will swing in the opposite direction, it'll be while before americans knowingly vote for "christian"republicans whose sole purpose is to overturn roe v wade & write discrimination into the constitution.
young americans are onto & quite frankly tired of "christian"republican lies, hate, ignorance & bigotry.
until the gop can rid itself of ingrained venom, the so called "comeback" will be long after brown & his children meet their maker.
