  • sounds awesome!

  • +1 from Russia

  • that is fucking sweet, nice home made t-rex

  • Is this engine from a gsxr?

    Awesome.

  • Oh man thats awesome! props hombre!

  • The engine is from bike ?

  • hOW MUCH MONEY DID THAT COST

  • thats not a trike its a car thats missing a wheel. motorcycles have handle bars, the throttle on motorcyles mont on the bars and ive never heard of a motorcycle with a roll cage. THAT IS A CAR

  • @aaronjason248 I'm pretty sure it's exactly what the clip owner says it is in the title.

    A trike.

  • @aaronjason248 Dude, a trike can be car-based or bike-based.. a trike is a trike.. let me give you a clue.. it's got three wheels

  • blue smoke...your engine consume oil a lot thats not very cool...but nice trike!!!

  • Agree whit nip ... looks like a stealth fighter windsheild :D but i love it i think i'll copy it :D but make it whit 2 or 3 seats :D 2 in front 1 in back and a little longer and wider and whit a handbrake:D and a reverse obvious :D put some photos whit it finished ... finished means whit bodywork right? send me some pics pls whit interior and exterior and the aprox time it take u to do it :D and if u have some pics from making it to gbr_9017@yahoo.com pls :D

  • @motanelustelistu Personally if I was going to make it with 3 seats I would copy the McLaren F1, 1 in front, centered, and 2 in back. That way you could maintain the arrow shape

  • first off props on the bike however at first i was going to say you shouldnt drive that fast in a residential area with kids playing in the street then i thought if they are stupid enough to play in the street at that age and their parent arent watching them then oh well let em get hit its that cool of a bike

  • Does it have reverse or do u have 2 push ? And a handbrake ??

  • 42 idiots can't recognize do it yourself GENIUS.

    AWESOME JOB.

  • mad max would be proud

  • Very Nice Work! Thumbs Up!

  • damn good work there! love it

  • Looks like a blast to drive!

  • 1:34 the kid falls down

  • Looks like something from Mad Max. tres cool.

  • that looks like something batman would drive. kool

  • IN 1:34 THIS LITTLE KID GETS OWED BY THE CURVE FROM AN ATTEMPT TO CATCH A FOOTBALL FAIL!!!!!! THUMS UP

  • the future is heeerreeee :D !

  • AWSOME

  • hey if i supply the bike how much would you charge to build one i will pay for all materials plus shipping would love to have one please respond

  • If you want the surround sound, stereo, removable steering wheel, upholstery and everything else about 10K, If you just want tomething functional about 6K

  • Looks like you would be launched a few hundred feet if you hit the brakes at high speeds. Is it pretty ballanced?

  • looks good mate but think ya shouldve built it on four wheels:/ no offence ment:D

  • NICE! are you using "hand" or "foot" controls for throttle and clutch?

  • Drives like a car, but is licensed as a motorcycle.

  • por k todo esta en ingles menos lo k disen

  • Somos hispanos pero vivimos en Denver Colorado.

  • The trike is done, with bodywork and paint, just waiting on the VIN # to get the plates (police inspection went well).

  • @conqueror4774

out of curiosity is there a resource you used to get this type of thing road legal? I wouldn't even know where to begin. I'd like to eventually build one myself as well.

  • Wow! Very nicely done....just wondering, were you going to put a skin on her, or leave it naked like it is?

  • im not hearing the turbo spool up much, how well does it work? what kind of motor is that?

  • Is it possible to make it street legal?

  • After 8 months fighting DMV is finally legal.

  • @conqueror4774 how much did it cost to build that?

  • @conqueror4774 For the ones that have been following the build and hoping for an update, this is great news. Gracias mano, ahorra queremos otro video por fa.

  • Wow freakin sick man. Put some cosmetics on it and it will be even better.

  • looks like a windshield off a stealth fighter.

  • Yeah, did you patten this? rob dyrdek does have this, a DC one. its boss.

  • how did you build the frame?

  • with Cromolly 4130 alloy steel tubing, base is 1 1/2" and cage 1" diameter. watching formula 1 long time ago I was impressed with Lola chassis and tried to build something alike with only three wheels and modified itto have a roll cage with a sliding canopy.

All TIG welded and before I started building it, I drew it by hand and then in AUTOCAD

  • howo did you build the frame?

  • Did u patten this? cuz rob dyrdek has one of these.

  • Rob has a T-Rex.

  • rob dyrdek didnt invent a trike

  • @joshakarocko rob bought it its called the trex search it and this one is homemade

  • haha terrorizing the neighbors, I love it!

  • nice man

the turbo is little to big because your wasting lott off fuel but its a nice machine

    howmany sec till 100 ?

  • check the third video, has a smaller turbo T25 works great! Thanks for the comment...

  • @conqueror4774 wow even the t25 looks big for the 1000 cc.

  • @conqueror4774 this is the most awesome trike ive ever seen

how long did it take to build and how much without the motor?

  • Design and build 2 years. But with plans now it takes 2 months if you can get all the parts ordered the first week.

  • what size of engine is that ?

  • 1000 cc (ZX10 Kawi) with a t28 turbo and intercooler.

  • cool! what is front-end out of, or is that fabricated?

  • Mustang II drag racer A arms and rack and pinion, fully adjustable coilovers for 375 lbs, everything else I had to fabricate.

  • that thing is fuckin sick

  • chevere

  • its awesome! great job on it man... probably saved a ton of money building it your self than buying a t-rex. looks a lot cooler than one too!

  • It looks like something batman would drive!!!

  • thats what i thought lol

  • @richie2nice

    same here

  • WOW !

  • cool

    :D

  • it's like a t-rex but street fighter style. i like it

  • muy bueno el auto me encanto el sonido q tiene parese una nave jaja felicidades

  • Cockpit from space fighter... AWESOME!!!

  • peruanos tenian q ser. en q parte estan?

    chekea mis videos!

  • very nice work

  • i wonder what th insurance ppl say? :P

sick!!! what kind of liscens though? motorcycle or car?

  • legally in the usa, anything with exactly 2-3 wheels is a motorcycle. any more and it's legally a car.

  • Yep, except that new can am spyder (3 wheeled bike with the same set up as this the trike in this vid) is qualified as a car. You don't need a motorcycle license to drive it in which I thought was odd.

  • i think it would have to be certified and run on a motorbike license

  • kk this is freaking awesome. would be you be able to get plates for it and ride it on the rode also. please respond

  • how can I get one like urs..

  • how fast is it? top speed??

  • Sorry don't know yet. Around my neighborhood there is a big parking lot I used to test it but only on sundays is empty. Third gear 110MPH and run out of room. It has 6 gears. I think it performs well. Thanks for your comment.

  • Holly crap!! Nice work man.

  • dude if your doing 110 mph in 3rd then either that thing is insanely fast or the gear ratios are wrong...

  • Ridden bikes in the past that'll top 70mph in first gear, so yeah, why not.

  • @psycopyro001 Gears are right, the 1000CC ZX10 Kawi motor with a t28 turbo is sick lol.

  • Dude this is a sick creation...reminds me of the T-Rex but you custom built this so I give props to you! Awesome work!

  • the design is fantastic. I really like the shortened front end compared to the stelth trike. You could get by with a much smaller engine also, say 250-400cc. the windshild is very funtional.

  • so i guess the front wheels turn? how stable is it? how stable is the steering, doesnt the bike want to go all over the place when at higher speeds?

  • is very stable until you punch the gas and the rear tire starts a burnout at 65mph and breaks loose. The center of gravity is almost where you are sitting, hopefully will shoot more videos as soon as I'm done with the bodywork (fiberglass).

  • think it's chain driven rear wheel

  • it has 3 turbos? or am i not understanding it corectly?

  • I tested three different turbos (different sizes in compressors and turbines) works with only one turbo.

  • OK, Where is mine! I volutere to be a tester in the US market, now gimme one! :)

  • That's frickin' sweeeet!!! Very sporty!!!

  • Hey great job.

I would love to build one of my own. any blueprints or research tips(motor and wiring setup)?

anything that would help on desing and build ?

  • Awesome! ARe you almost finished?

  • I'm trying to get the license plates now...

  • dude at 2:28 that guys window was down and you blew smoke into his car rofl i bet he was pisst

  • According to me Thats so smart I like building something unique and, smart

  • haha look at his first exaust pipe thats gonna hurt when you hit nitrous

  • I received that suggestion before, the turbo is over the oil level, if I need it I'll do so, thanks for the suggestion, check my other videos and you will see a big change. Thanks.

  • needs a scavenger pump to return the oil....

is the turbo setup below the oil level?

  • Nice work man !

  • This is fuckin awesome dude!

  • dude! any updates??? nice fabrication!!!! keep it up!

  • looks alot like the t-rex to me .. good job

  • looks nothing like a rex im just finishing my trike and mine looks alot like his but i know i am a foot shorter 2 inches lower 200 pounds less than a rex cant wait to race one

  • ¿porque "fuma" tanto el motor? ¿tendra problemas con los sello de las valvulas? Esta pasando mucho aceite!!!

    SMOKES A LOT!

  • sounds like its maken boost at idle almost...mad props man, get some panels made for that thing and u could even dd it =P

  • sweet ride, horrible driver, couldnt even E brake it sideways

  • Testing doesn't mean brake it, not sure if everything I design works 100% got to take it easy at the early stages.

  • yer go easy while testing

  • T-rex is much more beautiful but this is home made! Cool! Nice work!

  • haha, that's so cool, I wonder if you're allowed to drive it around

  • Look 1:37 its this boy xD

  • DUDE!! U r awesome I have never realized that kid's wipeout, that was funny, made me laugh and thanks for noticing.....

Still laughing, after almost a year and never saw it before.

  • hahaha

  • nice

  • what would the cops say?

  • is it legal yet? response......Soooon

  • Bueno Gracias, Suerte

  • Great job man, Mi Gusta Mucho. What did you use for the front end ?

  • mustang II racing front end

  • COOL!

  • looks like a t-rex prototype

  • personally id use the BMW back end where the wheel is held on on one side so it can be removed easily since your burning the tyre so much

  • kinda like the batmobile when it splits.

  • I want that...o.o

  • omg, cool.

  • is it or are u going to try to make it street legal?

  • did you put a oil evacuation pump on the return of the turbo, having som trouble of my own on my bike, trial and error to get good boost, who needs boost at 10 k rpm,we need it before the cams kick in,trick is nice and flowing manifold to turbo no restrictions at all, what size turbo and engine, i found that a gt17 is perfect for 600 to 1000cc..post some close up pics of the set up and let us check it out, fukin looks cool but function comes before cool.

  • Thats just fab, you have to post up when you get the bodywork on it, also what are the specs, engine size, power and stuff.

  • Peruvian Mind at its best!!!

  • looks like a t-rex good job!!

  • its like a -rex without the

  • mad max

  • you need an electric reverse

  • Very cool project.

But the engine needs a can of STP up in there.

  • I would liek to build one of those,, It is pure OSOM!!

  • If you are in Denver, swing by, helped some neighbors with some projects.... no problem.

  • BTW there are two newer videos you can comment on. I appreciate when people criticize when noticing flaws and helps improve the product.

    Thanks to you all.

  • trailing arms reduce space in cockpit, not sure about flexing with 4x1 1/2" tubes just on the base... the blue smoke is oil to saturate turbo when I was testing three diferent settings, parts flying off??? runover a plastic board the neighbors (kids around) where playing with. Not impressive, no problem, guess you didn't even take the time to read other comments, you didn't ask nothing new...

  • Nice, but... (just some tips for possible future build) trailing arm steering is better for going around corners. Beef up frame at center, noticed the driver and frame sagging and bouncing a bit. Tighten down everything for next video, parts flying off is not impressive. Then there's the blue smoke.... blue smoke bad.

  • Now you need a SWEET ass body for it and sell it cheaper then the T-REX and you got it made!! Also stack the radiators up front, kinda of looks silly on the side...

  • will have side scoopps to redirect air flow, can't show you the drawings yet of the final project but you won't see radiator, turbo air intake or intercooler, will keep the design thin and the temperature down.

And yes!! cheaper than a T rex, even with the turbo, TV , stereo system , windshield wiper, remote cockpit, electronic tunning , etc....

    Thanks for your comment...

  • u need to do a better job man,get a better engine and redo the chassi,it looks like some shit from madmax,no tecnologi and a bunch of metal with no brains

  • I like Mad Max !!! too bad you don't...

  • you know......... shit talkers are jealous and can't build nothing ...therfore all they do is shit talk......WAY TO GO!!!!!!

  • AWESOME!! thanks .....

  • no problem

  • Nice job!!! I love it when people Fabricate awesome Rides themselves. Bueno!! Bueno!

  • looks like a 2 stroke lol

  • Good job.! 1 thing though, that motor is burning some oil.

  • cool idea but its already done buddy its call the t-rex. budy made in quebec and we are proud of it

  • I was born in Peru, but now I'm proud to be an American sounds cliché but it's true. The T Rex was born in Quebec in the mid 1990's by Daniel Campagna with a lot of help from people realated to formula One like Paul Duetschman. You maybe proud of something somebody else build in your neighborhood even though you never moved a finger for it. The idea of a reverse trike originated with the Butler Petrol Cycle by a British Edward Butler in 1884, the next would be the enclosed one Dymaxion US 1928

  • I say: Get it approved for road and then go on the market, this could sell without a doubt

  • I just finished with all the wirirng of headlights, break lights, turning signals, replaced the exhaust silencer and a couple other things so it can be approved by DMV here in Colorado but I have so many other things I want to get done, just not enought time....

    Thanks, that would be awesome!!

  • perdio una pieza!!!!!!!!!

  • run over a piece of plastic, something the kids around the block were playing with. So far, everything is still together.

    Thanks.

  • MUY CHINGON!!

    EXELENTE!!!

  • ''exellent''

  • plan and build 2 yrs

  • How long did it take to develop and come up with such an extravagant motor vehicle?

  • u need new piston rings

  • check smog men heheh n.. god work.

  • Thanks for the comment but before that happened I installed a high performance kevlar clutch, so far so good still holding, I got a good deal from a local store only $143.00 since they saw the project they cut me a deal.

  • mean!!!!!! that is an aswome prodject, tho i will say when the clutch dies, presuming it hasn't already, a new heavy duty one can be purchased for like $200 at the most, it would suit much better for the weight, and would lite up waaaaaay nicer, would become a drift machine!!! or just put a cbr 1100xx backbird engine in it... sick either way

  • this video is from may last year, chech the other 2 videos you'll see a difference, I explained why the turbo was smoking before.

  • fix that engine you have to make a retification

  • xD lol

  • Kawasaki ZX-10 '04

    Thanks

  • from what bike is the engine??

    nice work dude!

  • I want one of those! Think youll be able to compete with a T-Rex soon?

  • It does have reverse, thanks for the tip (a little pricy though 3,500... ouch) ine is not that fancy but it works!! finally after 4 diferent setups. Will take pics of it and some more things. Still, reverse is electric and quite slow and a lttle jerky but it's all the trike needs. Thanks dude! Any help is appreciated!!

  • It looks really awesome. But....can it go in reverse?

  • OH! I just found this....if you need reverse....look up Quaife reverse box. Tadaaaa!!

  • run over a piece of plastic, something the kids around the block were playing with. So far, everything is still together.

    Thanks.

  • something fell of 45 sec

  • This is smoking because I saturated the turbo housing with oil since I was testing diferent size turbos. If you check Jorge's Trike III you will see the diference. Thanks for watching and for posting your comments.
