  • Nice video! btw my mother used this fantastic weight loss program named: Impact 790 Diet and got rid of 6 kgs within just a month. I can't remember the web site just Google it.

  • I agree that not everyone has workout equipment, thats why she says (key word) INVEST. go to costco, canadian tire....you can get a few cheap ones, for less than the price of a 1 month good gym membership. You can workout legs, abs and butt all without equipment, which is what I do. I have a small gym in my building, so when I want to use professional equipment I can, but when I want to just stay in, I use heavier canned goods.

  • People don't understand that there is a difference between being thin and being fit. These exercises will make your body fit and in perfect weight- if you want to be skinny thin, stop eating and starve yourself.

  • @emilia1210 if you only use 2kg weights for ur hammer curls (biceps) and 1.5kg weights for the kick backs (triceps) your arms wont bulk up. That will just tone them, more reps with less weight is the way to go :)

  • I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

  • Curls and reverse curls are good but people should understand that they are mostly for appearance. Curls are not good stand alone exercises for overall health/fitness.

  • I swear nowadays you have be as thin as Kate Moss in order to have a nice body. No wonder so many girls have body issues. We all have diffrent body type and you can't change that, some a skinny, some are tone, some are curvy and some will always have a little extra. We need to be happy with out selves first.

  • Eat more protein after your workout, or in general. Protein builds muscle

  • Arm-workouts alone will not give you slim arms. Only a good diet, with slightly less calories per day then what you burn. That, and a nice cardio-workout as a combination will in time give the results that you´re after.

  • QUESTION: I just joined Bally's and you get one free session with a personal trainer. The girl told me that in order to get slim arms you need to do more reps with a lighter weight during arm exercises. To lose that jiggle arm (in tricep area) and get slim, not muscular arms, what's the maximum amount of reps you should do (I forgot to ask her)? 100? Is that with all kinds of arm workouts or should I just do large numbers of the tricep workouts? I'd appretiate advice from someone. Thanks!

  • Loosing weight it's not about looking great and being mrs ''perfect'', it's about you feeling better, having more confidence and also more energy. You can look at this and say no I don't need it. It doesn't matter if your fit or not, applying these short eercises that only take out 30mins max of your day will keep you physicaly in shape and emotianaly happy. I know that from experience :)

  • @pflora1 YES I have this thought all the time. I'll be out to eat and my friend will say "like you have to worry!" when we're picking out food. Um, I look the way I do BECAUSE I worry!!!! WTF!
