The Idle screw stays FLUSH with the carb for break in..

The Low Speed Needle stays FLUSH with the carb for break in.

The High Speed Needle stays FLUSH with the needle housing ..

you run a FULL gallon of fuel at factory settings. first 1-2 tanks with all four wheels off the ground and at a low idle don't let temps hit 300F, after 5 minutes turn the truck off put the piston at BDC (bottom dead center) let it cool down then start her back up and from tanks 3 all the way till the end of your gallon. you can lean it out one whole turn if you like that's CLOCKWISE around the 6-7 tank mark..

Funny Mr.KnowItAll here thinks he knows it all, iv got a MILL UP TO 380F all it did was cook the mill, i took it apart rebuilt it and it ran again .. mind you it was my old S-25 :)

If the mill is broken in right there will be no strain on the con rod..

Iv had a mill last 12 gallons (12 jugs of fuel) .. that's 45.6 L of fuel and that was 12 hard gallons 350 plus temps each run so just drop it here ..

buy a .21 racing engine an run it at 300+ watch it die at a gallon

this i tut is not corect, the high speed needle (the richer and leaner settings) do not have anything to do with the break in proccess; however it does affect the tempreture of the engine wich is usefull for getting a perfect stable tempreture. i will make a tutorial that should make break ins easy soon

those engines will stuff up really quick when you are running it with out the air filter on and you dont even know which way to turn the needle to lean it 1-2 mm gap for idle is a bit much as well

In most cases you might have a dead servo. Try replacing the servo with a similar one and everything should be fine

to test they both work you could swap the 2 servos over stearing and throttle and see it they both work then if the stering dousent work on the throttle channel then its your rc gear :( if the throttle dousent work on stearing its a servo :( both arent to good lol

Some times this happens to me just rev a little to heat the glow plug up then remove it (allways works for me) or you could change the plug

NO, those can damage your engine. These engines run strictly on a nitro mix fuel, 10-30% nitro mix.
