the game isn't fully balanced, but more balanced than most 2d fighters conceived. same can be said of XI. some chars moves still have too much priority. ST is the most balanced 2d fighter to date.
I don't think Iori is very strong compared to Nightmare Geese or Takuma. He's just a standard character. Basically if you fight Iori long enough, its not that difficult. Just my two cents.
Some characters' move are not well balanced meaning the move does a lot of damage without much startup time or the attack range is long enough to keep ppl cornered. something like that. or maybe a move that has invisible frames and can be spamed

I agree. KOFXI has this problem as well with Kula, Oswald, and Gato mostly.
