@Slytherinx7 Apparently they had a number of different endings for the Malfoys in the movie, but the one they kept was them all walking away, so Draco couldn't have run back to the good side... also, Harry still had Draco's original wand with him, so Draco had no need to throw Harry a wand- and if he had, the continuity would be messed up, because Harry would have to use a completely different wand for the final batttle- and also one thats allegiance might not be to him, so he might have lost...
