  • Great job working through the first week. That is the hardest step and it sounds like you are determined enough to keep going. Ab ripper is a tough workout, but will get easier in time, just keep working through it and do the best you can. Good luck man and keep us updated!

  • Two thirty pound dumbbells is pretty amazing. Keep up the good work! Kenpo is a beast, because of the breaks. Don't worry about the timing... you will get used to the moves as time goes on!
