Great job working through the first week. That is the hardest step and it sounds like you are determined enough to keep going. Ab ripper is a tough workout, but will get easier in time, just keep working through it and do the best you can. Good luck man and keep us updated!
Two thirty pound dumbbells is pretty amazing. Keep up the good work! Kenpo is a beast, because of the breaks. Don't worry about the timing... you will get used to the moves as time goes on!
