I'm only 13.. yeah i know its an adult book..but oh well.. I loved it... I really related to joy's character in alot of ways and I thought reading the mother daughter side was interesting! I couldent put it downn (:
I thought this book was excellent. I'm 21, you don't have to relate to everything in your life to read a book and enjoy it. And who can't relate to a mother daughter relationship? Chick-Lit isn't just about guys, it's about women's issues and how they deal with life as it comes. Guys are just the beginning. Motherhood, married life, that comes next and isn't to be discarded. It's always interesting to read what happens after happily ever after. Although, I agree with you on the ending.
