@rrg019000 The trick is called precise execution of technique. And some breaking exhibitions also require extensive conditioning of body parts against impact. In some cases (such as with breaking ice with your shins), it's extremely difficult to deal with the pain that ensues afterward. And overcoming the fear of said pain is a major part of the discipline.
Also, if you insist it's so easy, I challenge you to post a video of you doing better.

Anyone can break this shit. It's easy as fuck. Just look up the physics behind it. EASY. Like tearing a phone book in half. There's always a trick.
