well if the loot is good i bank my maul and go back in and grab it. If its just some food and a sup set i just leave it and keep pking. But its good to leave because people who saw u kill them will wait till you cannot leave then atk you. Another good tactic is to walk to the door as if you have left and sometimes this fools the people around and they leave... then you can grab loot and head to where u survive pen. thats why i leave i hope it helps
