Changing the rules so that HMOs are no longer allowed to refuse people with pre-existing conditions would OBVIOUSLY lead to people not buying insurance until they got sick. I guess I don't understand. Hes already been elected, his party has HUGE majorities in the house and senate and he appearantly believes in the bill. Just put it to a vote man and let's get on with our lives. It's starting to get tedious. I mean really what are they waiting for, the public opinion polls to reach 50% approval rate for the bill?
