A great application but i think that the whole pre-cut idea although it can be very handy it adds up to tape wasting really....Your videos are excellent though !!!!

@mrmiguelito008 If they are really hairy then you may have to trim the hair first. Another option is to try a brand new version of the product we just released called KT Tape Pro- which is 300% stickier.
Well I've watched all the videos and this stuff continue to peel off like bad wallpaper every time I even begin to sweat. Once the jumping starts in warm ups (volleyball) its all over.
@cdnabroad When it peel's off like that the usual problems are lotion/oil on the skin, stretching the ends of the tape by accident, or not fully stretching the skin first. Any chance one of these could be the problem?
Nothing sticks like ROCKTAPE! KT and Kinesio Tex are hit and miss on whether they will stay on. Spidertech roll tape is also great but for the stickiest thing out there, H20 Rocktape has no equal in Kinesiology tapes
When i was in 8th grade for : 4years ago i was going to run 800m. But at 700m my knee pops and you heard the pop really much and after that i was told i hade broken my Acl and Mcl. But now 4years later i can almost not do anything because of the pain. The pain is on both sides of the knee and just under the knee. I use knee pads and tape but nothing has help anything the pain is like if the injury happend yesterday. And i am only 17years old i want to gett back to my sports. what do i do?.

Hi, I had an orthroscopy on both knees at 14 and a lateral release on the right knee when I was 17. I am now 40 and the pain has not gone away. I have been to surgeons recently who suggest a patella re-allignment, but I do not agree. I have flat feet and wear othodics. I now cycle as a sport. When I flex my thigh muscles the patella pulls to the outside of the knee so I need to strengthen the muscle on the inside above the kneecap. Can this tape help, or what do you suggest.
