if he is doing no damage runs it really doesn't matter which difficulty he is playing on. The AI does not change when you change the difficulty setting

The stats of the bosses are stronger in higher difficults are sora's stats changes wif the difficulty. So yes there is a difference when fighting at diff lvl of difficulties.
