when i first saw the video,i just wander what is he going to tell me his college life in usa, because i am not american, but it is not, someway,it is truelly full of fun ,it is the first video i watched so quick to finish.
I love your boring video. Makes me go to sleep in an instant. Thanks. I also just read your mind. You were thinking of something during those 10 minutes. Your attention was no longer on recording this video. Your mind was imagining something about what that background voice was saying. Right? I know. Your mind also come back for a while because you wanted to find out the time of your recording. Am I right? Hmmm...? In between you felt scared because you thought there might be an entity there too
OMG you are the first to notice that! Awesome. It's a somewhat famous interview between philosopher Daniel Dennett and Robert Wright. The whole interview is on Google Video.
Tis funny how you explained elsewhere that it is easy to sit still for ten minutes when listening to interesting audio. Don't think too many other people find that interesting =)
Thats amazing! It's.. well.. its nothing that you can particularly be proud of, but you didint blink ONCE! and it looks funny when you drag the progress bar back and forth you can see him move. Quite patience.
We haven't spoken in a while. I have been watching all of the videos I become aware of though that you make. I must say that this is one of the funniest ones you have made. I thought it was going to be you sitting there the whole time and that was it. That still would have been funny. Thanks for putting things into perspective the way you have.
wow that kinda video makes me think about many things in my life.i wasted almost the last 4-5 years with selfpity, depressions and all this.finally since few days i startet to change things in my life and i hope that i will go forward and not falling back.cool video..
man, you're unbelievable. this is the first time that I didn't feel any angry after watching such a boring video! btw, I can't sit that still for 10 minutes, have you practiced some chinese ancient martial arts?!
Well I guess that's good you didn't get angry. lol Obviously that's a goal.
It's surprisingly not that hard. Just find a comfortable position and have some interesting audio to listen to. I actually had to do the video part twice because my audio cut out expectedly towards the end of the first take.
I actually had to do the 10 recording minutes twice. The background audio accidentally cut out at the 8 or 9 minute mark of the first take and I instinctively looked over to see that the problem was. D'oh! So I had to start over. Surprising to me, it wasn't that difficult and the 10 minutes goes by fairly quickly.
that's depressing.

So in an average life span in American one does not even live 1,000 months or 30,000 days.
So short.
All of my father's family has exceeded this threshold.
Of my 47.77956989 years, I am in my expected 2nd / 3rd (not half) of life (~39.8% complete).
pointsoforigin 4 years ago
Less than one thousand months in an average lifespan was a bit of an eye opener for me too when I was doing the calculations.
