The dantien becomes 'plump' as a result of relaxation. When the lower spine is allowed to drop freely (not tuck), and the hips are allowed to roll out to the side, you then can relax into your kwa and the dantien will be relaxed. The spine is straight, The head is up and all the weight of the upper body is supported by the legs. If you are doing it correctly your thighs will burn intensely about 2/3 down, in the center (near the surface).

But i tell you this clip is the most useful clip I have EVER watched on YouTube. I am surprise that it was even filmed. Well, they arent going to ignite. You will know when you get it. Its about the size of a quarter. Anyone who has had proper adjustments can tell you.
