Concrete sat decaying for 16 years- entire structure is ready to collapse under its own weight- threw some cheap glass and aluminum on the outside from Egypt to appear "finished"even though there is nothing on the inside- cant run electricity ( limited in N.K.) or water lines as weight and installation would cause building to fail..

@SeattleRexx They re-enforced the concrete and are repairing the crooked elevator shafts. They're also working on the interior, which will be a hotel, offices and residential floors. You may be right about the electricity shortages (and an extremely plausible lack of tenancy). But the structure isn't going to fail any time soon.
