No offense, I have a lot of respect for your bravery and all but you should look for some kind of professional help to increase your leg strength. It seems too dangerous for you to be doing all this at your strength level. You need more spring, more power so you can land and jump easier. I dislocated my knee cuz I flipped off something when I was tired, just dont want you to hurt yourself is all ^^ More strength will make everything more safe and easy. Just a tip :) Keep playing ^^
