I just go into my Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare folder and delete the servercashe and it works every time. All the servercashe holds all the history of your fav servers. Yep you lose your fav list but that's the only draw back. I hope this helps any one that the video didn't work for. Peace out COD fans oh ya and stop by the UTF cross fire 24/7 server. When i start up cod4 The logo comes up then the screen goes black like it is about to work but then it goes to the desktop all magnified. (I play in a lower resolution) Single player works just fine. IT is just multiplayer.

Ive tried re-installing it 3 or 4 times.
