  • Best song ever?

  • I'm gonna sing this every time someone complains that their phone is dying.

  • Still a better love story than Twilight.

  • @farvan893 just replace "tube" in the webpage url with "repeat"! Problem solved :D

  • This was clearly the idea of some genius who worked at Duracell.

  • PlaystationVita.avi

  • These scene makes absolutely no sense without seeing the movie in context.

  • Microsoft should put this as an Xbox live update to remind you when your controller is nearly dead. It would cheer me up when i'm getting owned in Battlefield 3...

  • Id kill for someone to loop this song

  • Oddly enough, I am playing Alan Wake at the moment...

  • Alright......so who's gonna make the fus-ro-dah video of this?

  • They used Duracell lol

  • Rock-a-Doodle

  • In before the Duracell Bunny saves the day, or some shit..

  • I'm not The Duke! I'm my original character, The Bluke!

  • I hear this when I play my Wii

  • I DEMAND LOOP

  • what every corporate executive sings when they decide to release a electrical product without including the batteries.

  • I just love this owl.

  • Lol

  • @ImperatorZor I think if you have a film where one scene involves animated owls singing about how the good guys have no batteries, i'm sorry but awesomesauce

  • Did anyone see the bright brown owl walk in one scene not there the next and then he's there

  • @kamot46 Good eye!!!

  • @kamot46

    Yes.

  • What was that?!

  • This explains the old days when handheld gaming systems wearnt rechargeable.

  • I just how the duke has a low range of octaves

  • Lmao! 5 Star Shit <3 This Song

  • Alright guys it's time to make this a meme!!!!

  • Um... The flying fuck?

  • Randy Newman:

Owls, They like to sing Tweedle-le-dee, Just because the flashlights are low on batterie.

    What is Randy Sayin'?

  • I freakin love this song. The owls fleeing from the light is priceless.

  • Whenever someone posts a video of some animated thing from the early 1990s, there are going to be among the people who genuinely like it is going to be some overly nostalgic wanker who will say "They were great back then, Now Everything SUCKS!!!"

They should be required to watch this.

Mind you it is still so bad its good.

  • @ImperatorZor Of course the 90s had its fair share of crud movies, but the 2000s and 2010s have a roughly 100% failure rate. Everything really does suck now.

  • Taste the light you dirty rotten rats with wings!

  • I love this, it's the perfect villains song, mocking the good guys 'cause they dont have any batteries, how evil is that? A LOT.

  • Duke of Owls > Carface & Jenner

  • Twiddly Dee!

  • Any song that begins with "Tweedle-dee-dee" is guarentee to make someone laugh.

  • Thunbs up if Nostalgia Critic brought you here

  • It feels like it was originally a blooper, and Don Bluth put it in because he was amused.

I love it anyway, though... NO BATTERIES! *flails*

  • THESE ARE THE GAYEST VILLAINS EVER!!!!!!!!

  • @ambskater97

    Why?

  • How out of ideas do you have to be to include a song like this in your movie?

  • Btw, which movie is this?

  • @Kihlberg90 Rock A Doodle

  • Youtube recomended me this video for watching "George Carlin gets pissed again". WTF?

  • LOL.

  • they really do sing about everything!

  • NO BATTERIES!!!! *fly away* ...absolutely classic <3

  • @SmashItWithaHamma I agree, I always laugh at that part

  • Comment removed

  • If only there was an app where this song would play every time an iPhone runs out of batteries! :D

  • @homesauce2000

    OMG YEEEES! XD

  • @homesauce2000 i can make it song for my phone

  • @homesauce2000 he he i will put this into my nokia for free :)

  • Lol That just made my day!

  • NC: Oh no, just by the way they're walking I can tell that they're going to sing.

    Owls: Tweedle-dee-dee! (Tweedle-dee-dee!)

NC: Ok, NO song that begins with the lyric "Tweedle-dee-dee" is going to be good! Go back and start again!

    Owls: Hahahahahahaha!

  • I sing this to my bro when his laptop gets low on juice and he can't find the charging cord (I have a desktop)

  • This is not much of a song if you ask me. It's more like a recitative. And it's also quite short. Why was it allowed into this movie again?

  • Does anyone have an mp3 of this song?

  • Hahaha, this is one of the funniest, simplest scenes!!

  • "No batteries!"

    Get blasted by a flashlight.

    fail for them. ^^

  • 'Bout time I found a version that wasn't chipmunk'd!

  • This is the song me and my brother randomly burst out singing when someone asks us to sing for them. :D

  • did anyone notice the bird reappearing later

  • Sound like some kind of rejected commercial jingle.

  • Who composed the music?

  • love it!! lol watching it on netflix

  • I play this when my brother have no batteries for his xbox

  • omfg. Best movie ever. i just wish they could make movies as good as this one again. LMAFAO, I swear, me and my sisters are all grown up but when we do watch all of these kids movies again we kill ourselves laughing. Espeacially when you're older you get the jokes more and it's just funnier that way. Especially when these movies played a big part in your childhood memories.

In short. BAHA! I fucking love Rock a Doodle and Hunch AND I love Uncle Dukie!! :D XD

  • If you have to start a villainous song with Tweedly-Dee, you know you're out of ideas.

  • only two words of this song is funny.

  • ha ha no batteries

  • O___O I am forever mindf*cked by this clip...

  • Twedly dee! Tweedly dee! Their running out, their running out! Their running out of batteriiiies! Hahahahahahahahaha NO BATTERIES! This should be a meme.

  • was Christopher Plummer strapped for cash?

  • This is the absolute stupidest song in animated musical history. It's just so darn catchy...

  • Oh God, just by the way they're walking, they're about to sing.

  • what in the blue f***? okay seriously, what is this movie with the ridiculous villain that hinges so much on batteries?

  • Great Job

  • Okay, no song that begins with the lyric "Tweedly-Dee" is going to be good.

    GO BACK AND TRY AGAIN!

  • Best part of the whole movie for sure.

  • Am I the only one that has a fondness of the owls and likes it when they sing? Sure, it's random and stupid, but it's a pleasent kind of random and stupid. I was kind of sad that they kind of...vanished into thin air as soon as Chanticleer crowed.

  • @LindsayTheWolf13 Thank you, someone else who enjoys the owls singing, no matter how random it is.

  • I imagine the illuminati sing this song every year at Bohemian grove while they're having satanic orgies.

  • See, this is why I like this movie so much. It's so bad that it pretty much comes across as a parody of family films. I can't help thinking that if people just viewed it as a satire, more people would like it. Even the first time I watched it, I never really saw any indication that we were supposed to be taking it seriously. (Okay, okay, maybe the first 5 minutes, but that's about it. After Edmon's appearance, I was laughing out loud throughout most of the film)

  • I wish i had a flash light that made things dissapear in a flash 8p

  • You don't start a song with 'Twiddly-Dee' !!!!

  • @Kawiia17 that's what makes it funny....LOL

  • @Kawiia17 that's what makes it funny...LOL

  • @Kawiia17 that's what makes it funny...lol

  • @Kawiia17 that's what makes it funny...lol

  • @Kawiia17 that's what makes it funny...lol

  • The most random song in the history of animated musical numbers. And I love it! :)

  • OMG I havent seen this movie in years i love this song!!!!

  • why are there a thousand gag dubs of Rock-a-Doodle, but only like ten clips of the real thing?

  • adoro questo cartone da quando ero piccolo!! questa scena è mitica!!

  • This scene is so stupid it becomes funny

  • @heartlessmushroom I take it the whole movie is like this then?

  • @StarFoxAutobot

If it wasn't for the hammy Owls it would be just plain stupid.

  • @heartlessmushroom The Grand Duke vs. Dr. Robotnik, winner takes all!!

  • @heartlessmushroom

    what's so stupid about it???

  • @fernfearie To go into detail, you got Christopher Plummer voicing what looks like a large 8+ foot tall Owl who wants the sun to never shine and wants him and his fellows to devour the farm animals which are either a lot smaller then normal or he is just that bigger. Now, onto the stupidity... take all that I said, have them slowly march around the house and begin into a song about dying batteries and it starts with "Tweedle-dee-dee". It's actualy quite laughable.

  • omg thank you for posting!
