1 Oké I'm with some questions in every land or country you must give a fingerprint for that Id card right? Well here's the thing what is actually the big thing behind it . Sure it can't be that it is for our own protection.Wich means that our belongings will be always save . But I personaly don't believe that so much.

Amazing that the British government has no money for vital services, but can find billions to pour into this project. Not entirely surprising though, the whole ID cards idea is another by-product of the bogus 'war on terror', intended mainly to increase politicians control over ordinary people. yeah i think this stuff is out of control and we have to stop it. And those cards are NOT cheap like ur regular ID card. I live in the US but i also lived in the UK ( English Husband) and they wer implimiting these cards after 7/7 and saying they'd be like over 100pounds! WHO wanna pay for that??

Fucking criminals always try and find a way around a system. Forget the prints, let's go with retinal scans and chips. This is the way of the future. It is here, everyone must just get over their fears, and go to the next logical step. Wouldn't you want to have a chip in someone who is lost, like a kid? At least you could find them before it's too late. No more carrying so many cards, and ID's; this can be an all in one system. If you got nothing to hide, then you have nothing to worry about.

You need bloody solid photo ID though to do things like cash a cheque, open a bank account, claim social security money etc. Unless you already have a solid form of photo ID like a passport or a drivering licence then are in a really bad situation as you cannot prove who you are. So I think ID cards are as good thing as it will allow everyone to prove who they are!

This is all very well and good but the tests were in an place where no one was supervising the transaction - it was really obvious that they were using fake methods - if you were proving your id at a border or at a bank, someone would be watching you do it so it would be pretty obvious you were not using your real fingerprint.
