Mars did have frozen water on it and probebly could be terraformed. No doubt its either A: a rock formation B: A Martian incased in rock or C: A statue. If its really true that mars had frozen water, it could be possible that it had rivers and streams. therefore water = life. water = oxygen and habitational enviroments. But HOW it got there and Why hasnt it been studied closer is the question. And another one is will we be able to colonize this planet? No one will know unless we try.
