There are universities in both English and French, but Quebecers have a right to receive an education in their native language! 2- Walter Lewin don't even begin to cover the complete material required for a B.Eng. in Mechanics and there are many specialties other than that one. 3- Working in groups is a skill that is praised by employers, therefore attendance in classes is required. Books are still used in Germany, they can't be replaced yet.
