Yes, at first you have to download a little file. Then, while playing, you play in the internet and it always loads a little bit. Everytime you start the game it downloads, otherwise it wouldn't work.

I have one very large complaint with this game, my account got suspended (fair enough) but if they are gonna do that to accounts what I wanna know is what I said to get me suspended in the first place. There's no option to look at aby evidence or proof that you might have been swearing. There's not even an option to appeal so you could get wrongfully banned or suspended.
