here is just my advice on the tune:

-stiffen front suspension to about 3/4 full bar (i think like 520.5lb/in)

-put caster at 6.0

-rear tire pressure no higher than 22

trust me, i haven't taken any vids yet, but i have almost 15 cars that do wheelies, including an srt10 and a shelby cobra, also numerous front-wheel drive reverse wheelie cars. i will post a vid soon of my crx that can do reverse wheelie donuts as well... FORZA 2 HISTORY IN THE MAKING!!! lol nice set sofar :)

its because you need to buy some better upgrades. only a the good quality upgrades allows you to tune them. unless you can't upgrade any higher then it all ready is.

you need to buy the upgrades . at a certain quality of upgrades allows you to tune you car.

goes for all add ons to your car
