Hey guys, I was wondering if somebody could answer my question(s) about Quick Books Pro 2009. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding is that this software is generally for your business taxes, receipts, inventory tracking and the like. I'd like to know if this product will also act as a customer database, searchable by the customers name, phone number and/or order number.
Why would they render an excellent and easy to use product useless?? Luckily, I saved my 2006 data file and managed to obtain 2008 Quickbooks. Thank god! Now let's see if they fix it before I am forced to upgrade in 2011. I may have to switch to Peachtree at that time. They should fire the idiot who made this change!
I can't even get the Match transactions window to fit properly on my screen. I cannot see the details of my transactions! Are you people at Intuit flippin' retarded?
Your description seems like an issue with the video resolution set to 120 dpi. Those who set their display resolution to 96 dpi should not experience this.
still dont like this at all compared to the last version no matter what they do. Would pay a few hundred more just to go back the way we were, like many would agree. Never seen such an awesome product get so screwed up and then take months just to fix and not be better than the past, wow.
They still haven't fixed the biggest issue - auto-fill for account numbers doesn't work in online banking. (i.e., enter 60xx and it knows that's the account # for office supplies). Total waste of time. Whoever was responsible for the OL banking portion of 2009 should be unemployed
This update can't come soon enough for downloaded credit card transactions. The terrible, inefficient workflow on CC transactions made me dearly regret that $622 ProAdvisor charge.
I still liked the old online banking program better. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! At least with these changes I'll start recommending the upgrade to my clients. Up to this point I've been telling them not to upgrade because of the problems with online banking.

Ok, changed it. Except now the fonts are so small I can barely see things.
