    electric fan to replace belt driven one, then get a cold air intake using MAF and a cone-style filter attachment. together will give you an xtra 10-15 horses. My 86 22re runs 33x10.50/15s and does 75-85 on the highway all day :)

  • no pain I've done over a dozen so I know what problems to fix/change. I run my own 4x4 fab shop not familiar with LCE.

  • what you runnin in that yoder? i got a 93 pickup and im seriously wantin a 350 in it with a 6in sas runnin 40s, i got a 3in body lift and add a leaf now but that add a leaf is leavin when i buy an sas kit... any tips pointers advice or opinions on what im doin with it?

  • dana 44 narrowed up 4 in. and a 60 rear. made the hanger and put some 7 in. softrides in the front with a con-ferr shackle. rear was 63 in. chevy rears with a scissor shackle. What do you plan on doing with your truck?

  • well no more hardcore offroadin then im gonna do prob stickin with the ifs. daily driver and cant afford to roll it or sacrifice ride quality. so probly superlifting the front and turning the torsion bars up a litte. for the rear think ima go with trail gears 5" kit that replaces springs brackets and everything cause my leaf springs are wore out... plus that will rotate my rear end up toward the transfer case and keep from stressin and breakin ujoints. thinkin of the 350 still that would be sick

  • yeah ifs stays on the street. If you are goona throw a 350 in it you will need a custom oil pan to clear the ifs stuff-downy sells it I think. Front diff. might explode but it all depends on how your driving srtyle is....

  • i drive like a teenager haha. im 18. i didnt think about the oil pan thanks for the heads up on that. im worried about trimmin inner fenders and firewall too. idk i might just build my 3.0. depends on the budget i reckon. so you think itll look good right?

  • Chevy 44 front cut down 4 in. on long side with 5:38's /Detroit, Rear in this video was a toyota rear V6 3'rd with 5:29 gears but now it has a full width 60 with 5:38's/ARB Air locker

  • What kind of lift do you have and what year truck is it??? Because i am looking at getting a 7" SKYJACKER lift with a 3" body lift from them as well...

    But i am running a stock look with 33x12.5x16s on it rite now....

  • They are 7 in. front springs with a lift shackle-no body lift. Made the spring hanger/axle mods/steering rolling on 38.5 TSL's

  • so you`re telling us that 5.38 from a chev xle (dana44) would be the same as a toy with 5.29 cause i run 5.29 on my yota v6 and always thinking of the sas but cant get 5.29 for a dana to match my rear end

  • yes guys do it all the time as long as your under 10 percent the differance in gear ratios it will be fine

  • I prefer to use a dana 44 front axle cut down to the proper width. I myself think its stronger in stock form than the 85 under toyota front axle...hello over there in australia...

  • the 22re is a great motor.i have one in my 91.its locked front and rear.the motor spins my 40's with no problem.but i have low gearing in mine.

  • FREE....he helped me out around here for a while and I told him that we'd do his truck when we got all his parts together and in 3 days made this from a stock truck....he was still learning the differances with everything in these videos...this was the 1'st time wheeling it after the swap
