This sounds like it was during the time when her voice was changing... from a girl's to maturing and becoming a woman.. but I haven't heard that happen until the "Milky Way" era...
It was kind of fast and the music was too loud, so her voice was kind of hard to hear her when she said, "You Still My No.1" She still did a very nice job.
