From the few Ivy tech videos I've seen I believe yours is the more deserving of the lot for the scholarship,. You have expressed the direction you want to take this and neatly presented it in this very polished video piece. From the others I haven't a clue what they are studying and am just informed how a scholarship would improve their lives. Well duh, but in what?
