  • Thanks for recommending this video - sums up your technique great. Keep up the good work and hope to see you again sometime soon.

  • why do i get butterfles in my tummy after doing eft ?

  • is this like dynatics?

  • I have been amazed with how many amazing people have come out in support of EFT and Tapping.

Here is a free video that is part of the free Tapping World Summit Video series being released over the next few days leading up to this enormous event starting on Feb. 21st (Last year over 100,000 people attended this event online)

  • Thanks for the free vids, I'm go grateful.

I've been tapping for 3 days. By the second day I got cysititis (urine problem) it's bcos I didn't drink enough water, is it? I won the lotto not much but I won anyway. It works. Thank you, thank you. thank you.

  • I just want to say "thank you" for everything that you have done to put all the video's on utube. I really enjoy watching them and I am getting lots out of every single one of them. I am putting the tapping in place.

  • Have you ever come across sore tapping points? They don't appear to go away unless you tap on them specifically. Useful to tap the points you will be using and deal with any discomfort or soreness that might be there. There seems to be a reluctance to mention such soreness despite the apparent distraction. It can be a sticking point. Most common is the small intestine point on the side of the hand which seems to relate to "holding in" emotion. Bonus: Physical relief..

  • Loving your series of tapping. Thank-you so much for posting such valuable information. I get my friends to watch these too.

  • dear robert ,ur videos r awesome but just thing the phrase, even though ......... is missing is that no requird? thanks.

  • That is not required but what is required is aiming at what you are feeling inside you. Saying let it go, save to let it go, let it go. Robert

  • Interesting that for 5000 years, those silly chinese pin pushers could have just been tapping! How could they have missed the boat?

  • @rlzzxx they have been tapping all the way... those who were into acupressure and medicine knew of course... not common man.

  • TOTE was created by Robert Dilts.

  • Maybe so but it is something I used called the TOTE,

  • You might want to tap on defensiveness! ;)

  • defensiveness? No but I knew it was an NLP process but not sure where it came from. Thanks for the help.

  • Anytime. I think the tapping videos are really useful. Thanks.

  • @capricious71 Tote for those who dont know means. test operate test exit.

  • Hi Robert

I am still unclear from this video what you do when you have no memories/experiences to link to the problem. I feel anxiety and pain but just don't know where it comes from. Where do I start? Many thanks.

  • You start with what you know. How do you know you have anxiety and pain. Notice where you feel it, what it feels like, how big it is and start tapping there. Look back to what experience that you must experienced. All you say is let it go, let it go until is it gone.

  • Dear Robert.

    You are wonderful!

Where can I see a demonstration of your work? the process, the way you work? I am an EFT practitioner and would love to know more.

    Thank you

    Ilana

  • There are many videos here on youtube or going to my website and I have a training series. Ultimate Training which has 94 DVDs. Robert

  • this really helps me i have NLP theapy and find it so useful i apply it to everything it even helped me stop self harm

  • do you think it's still worth studying Craig's EFT?

  • I really don't suggest it because you will have to unlearn what you get from its foundation. The process works but it has its limitations. Peace

  • I am going to order your DVDs. But your DVDs deal a lot with healing only, whilst Craig's are referred to be more focused on personal success and spiritual development, which I like better than simple healing. (Anyway, the only difference between your and Craig's EFT is the tapping method, isn't it?). Would you then perhaps recommend your Combos 2 and 3? And which DVD explains the very basic basic stuff about the technique? (because I need it too).

Thank you so much for what you do.

  • Success is a byproduct of the healing (letting go of what you don't need) process. You are already successful at what you are now producing. You need to view more of my videos & you will naturally see there is so much more here. It is like night and day!

I think the best start is the relationship series seminar: 6 week seminar. It has everything in it that you will need.

    Robert

  • Thank you!

  • What would you say are the limitations of Craig's process. Thanks in advance.

  • I have one simple question.

Whether or not headache after typing is something that is normal to appear, or I just imagine to have headache?

I will really appreciate it if I get the answer to this question from someone who is an expert in this technique.

  • You can do both, real or imagined. It does seem real when you remember things anyways. Robert

  • this works. thanks

  • You are awesome!!

  • thanks, now im in peace and dont have to feel anxiety no more. i just do your techniques

  • I can tell you've watched Richard Bandler!

  • Oh yes, Of course!!

  • Robert,

I do agree with you regarding perspection do effect our action to the world and of course our body. I've just apply EFT on my daily basis and I'm helping others with it...In my master I did learn about TFT but I guess your method is SIMPLY SUPERB & AMAZING!!!Really love it...makes my job as counsellor much more easier.Byhteway thank you so much for your generousity...may god bless U!

    Best Regards ~ Aniz

  • I can see the amazing benefits of this technique! I am experiencing such peace and joy! Thank you Robert!

  • awsome! Thanks

  • TOTE is from NLP.

  • Well how do you know it ?

  • formal study of medecine.Of course if you can point me to any scientific studies proving otherwise....

  • Well, I am not here for that, I just wanted to know how you knew it ! You have answered, there is nothing anymore to say...

  • You know what billysue2, I just tought of it, maybe one day formal medicine will find it, will discover it and everything will be changed, it will be true and not anymore pure bullshit. Who knows? A lot of things have been discovered tru life that was not existing before...

  • its up to these alternative therapists to prove their outrageous claims, they havent ever done so they arent credible to anyone with scientific training.

  • It seems to make you angry, it seems to push your buttons, maybe I am wrong but, why is that making you so angy ? Of course I ready your words: "pure bullshit and outrageous claims" that's why I presume that it pushes your buttons.

  • I had over 25 yrs of violent PTSD nightmares. As a disabled Vet I tried every therapy they had at Veterans Hospital, Counseling, mind numbing, side effect producing drugs U name it. 14 months ago I was taught EFT by the developer G.Craig. Since than I haven't had a SINGLE Nightmare, Panic attack, night sweats NOTHING. If that's not proof, what is? I took part in the EFT pilot study, every single 1 of us had improvements, documented over the next yr. Its the same as Acupuncture w/o needles.

  • Sorry pal acupuncture is different and in the right hands of a good acupuncturist your problems could have also been treated and resolved. Also acupuncture balances the yin-your blood and vital substances and your yang-mental energetics. EFT is however very good but it has a mother...acupuncture itself. !! PS-I am happy however you are better!

  • god bless you darling ..you are so a sleep WAKE UP..

  • Do a search on 1995 Pierre De Vernejoul and meridian system you may also do a search on placebo effect and look at the power of belief not the sugar pill and then nosebo effect

    Where is the power?

  • that research is only listed on sites that are promoting therapy based on meridian theory.Hardly unbiased evidence. What peer reviewed journal is it in?

  • I'm all for "peer reviewed" science, but if you're not asking the right questions and using methods that are capable of measuring the phenomena then you're not going to get any where. Of course, it's unconventional, but who cares. Why wait for the peer reviewed journal? Try it yourself. Try it earnestly. The proof is in the effect. Do it. The scientific paradigm says that unless we can explain it, it doesn't exist, regardless of how many times we see it work, which is ridiculous. Try it.

  • Wrong, there are currently THOUSANDS of Dr.s,Therapists and Social Workers worldwide now using EFT type therapies. I laugh because in the U.S. we give pills that only mask the pain, the AMA is only over a 100 yrs old whereas in the EAST, China India and Japan have been using so called 'Alternative Therapies' for 4-5 thousand yrs. The drug companies are billion dollar business. As usual it's all about money. With EFT it is FREE to learn, you have nothing to lose except your problems.

  • 1995 Pierre De Vernejoul proved that the meridian network does exist. He & his team of investigators injected non-harmful radioactive technetium into the arms & legs o volunteers at the sites of commonly used acupuncture points along the meridian system. Using gamma-camera imaging to track the flow. Finding that the radioactive isotope traveled along the meridian pathways. The substance was injected randomly elsewhere in the body, it did not move along any specific internal pathway.

  • It's okay that you don't trust the system. Just don't use it - it is that simple. I feel bad for you, that you don't give it a try, but again thats okay. You may know things that work for you. The fact is, that EFT works for people - it definetely works for me. There are so many things that work, and many of them we cannot explain yet. But maybe we will be able to in the future - maybe not - what is important is, that they work for the people who use them. Take the discovery of the importance of

  • vitamins. Before that discovery we thought some diseases could not be cured. We did'nt know better. Today the importance of vitamins is common knowledge. Cant you open your mind and heart, that maybe we don't know everything yet. Maybe the next step of science is to acknowledge the alternative treatments and someday their effectivity is common knowledge.Of course you have to have a sense of sceptisism, but if you dont challenge that sense once in a while you wont move much.

    Best regards Esben

  • This one really explains alot of how your approach works and works so well. thank you!

  • Basicaly folks, be easier.
