SolarWatcher, 3 Qs - maybe you've covered these:

1. What about the KP Index? Seems low and I dont recall you mentioning it.

2. NOVA has 2 programs on PBS (USA) tonight--one on melting in Antarctica, the other on drilling in the Arctic. Is this cold water part of what is driving the storms in S Hemisphere?

3. Dutchsinse is showing a global storm pattern encircling the N Hemisphere that is emerging in the S. Hemisphere near India. Can you comment on this ?

Holy cow. So one of the CME's is being upgraded to an X-Class? Had you heard that report from NOAA?

@missrose0077 no X class flares yet, the report say's a little chance for one coming based on the curret activity on the sun.

Do you think the incoming solar CME's will have an effect on the cyclone's strengthing or weaking in the coming days?

@missrose0077 i expect two or three tropical cyclones to spawn over the next 9 days due to Halo Coronal Mass ejections the last few days.
