Skeletons in chaos tunnels are great xp for pures. Pray melee just like bandits and its multi combat and they auto=agressive. lvl 70s i think? try them out hardly ever get crashed :)

Chris, on ape atoll where you chinned, get a salve(e) ammy and an assload of pray poots, fully afkable and considerably the best exp in the game for combat stats. As long as you don't run of out prayer and repoot when you need to you can just play cod, I have never been crashed and have done 3 hour+ trips w/ yak. Makes cb a breeze, I got 99 hp there without even noticing.

For strength training, go to Zamorak warriors in the chaos tunnels. There is a room with 5 warriors, and they are agressive. They drop rune scims/daggers and addy longs, so alchable- and it's actually decent money, as well as experience!

Chris...this is how I afk melee trained my 138 almost all his combat 99's. Go north of edgeville..and there is that chaos tunnel place...find the pit with just a shit load of zombies. That's the one you want. They are like lvl 70. You sit in there...and nobody is ever there. I highly suggest if you do this you get the Salve Amulet (e) from Haunted Mine. Easy quest. The salve ammy gives you 20% more attack and str on undead. You can afk it for about 5-10 mins and then just walk away to reset em.

got to pest control it's easy combat up and you can train anything there and get points for str xp i spent a whole day there and got 1k points and spent it all on str it's worht it plus the money you get also
