@TheDefective14 Gant was head of police, Alba is a government offical from another country, that nearly makes him immune to any justice system. If he had the courts in his country in his hand then he would be immune in essence

For me, Quercus Alba is a mix of Matt Engarde (40%) for the wicked personality, because Alba is a real bastard, Damon Gant (40%) for the physic and the immunity, and Kristoph Gavin (20%) for the evil side and the madness.
