@Themershmaster If you want to contain smell, the most important thing is genetics. Some strains are more pungent than others. Combine low smell genetics and carbon air scrubbers, no problem.

Doesn;t look like ur answerin questions but wth.....Do you have the sealed pane of glass on that reflector or is it open? Do you have a filter on the squirrel fan thats blowing air onto the bulb? depends what area your growing in i got 8 in a 2x4 area with a aircooled 600 you can go bigger if your grow area allows the heat to dissipate check out my video not good quality but its there i have a inline can fan that sucks air through a carbon scrubber through the hood over the bulb and vented out the growroom hope that answers

look the best way to go for yeilds and time is sog (sea of green) just throw rooted clones in at 6" with no veg time clipping the bottoms off and depending on strain end up around 2' with all colas..if this is done with a 600 compared to 2-3 per 1000k light im sure you can get even yeilds or even more with the 600 with less time

Thanks for the info. I was told that 100w; 10-15k lumens per plant is ideal. Any info on sativa sog? I imagine indica would work best but i hate couchlock. Does sativa sog work well? (as far as node dispersal/cola formation)

@azazel400 Wait till almost all of the leaf tips turn yellow on Kush strains. The longer flower cycle adds to the bodylock Kush is known for. All plants are different, don't go by "expected" flower times. Watch the maturity of the trichomes.

I wanna start my own grow soon and I'm thinking about getting a bigger fan (like 800cfm or so...) and attache a power brake to it so it runs on 50%, maybe 20% at night time, so it isn't so loud. :)

los4004, indoor dosnt always have to be hydro. hydro just means the plants are grown with water rather then soil. the way he is growing is just by using soil, not hydro

thanks a lot...yeah some people are just assholes which usually in the marijuana community you don't see a lot of them thankfully. Ive never heard of comparing yields like dick size over the internet haha. The next series is coming up in a 4x4 tent with ac and co2 probably gonna run 18 in 3 gallon pots flowered at about 16" and just let them do their thing no lst. it will be up here in about a month till then keep it green!

Thanks, it was a good harvest, its into about a three week cure right now, the kushy smell is really starting to come out along with hints of cherry paint thinner would be the best way to describe it.

it was a good harvest but i fell short of what i was looking for, I lst'd them this run. its an indica dominant strain and it grows a pretty big donkey dick sized central cola (its on the videos master kush, super skunk, ak48) so i think im just gonna let em grow strait up and throw 18 of em under there in 3 gallons

yes I did, however I would actually advise against that. I had very poor germination rates, and had two hermie in a light tight environment. Id pay the extra couple dollars and get better quality seeds.
