Agreed. The transition to the ED of this particular anime is the absolute best. The song is so carefree it wouldn't sound right just beginning out of nowhere. It's better if it eases its way in once the episode has finished.

Finished it today! It was great and I cried a little at the end when Yuta was eating those sandwitches...a really great character-filled series. It had wonderful animation, great music and HILARIOUS comic relife!!

A funny thing is that I didn't, at first, like this ending... after it was gone, replaced with the piano version at intervals of the show, that I missed it :)

I really liked seeing this show!!

If I could chose one episode for my mom to see, I'd probably show her the ferris wheel one!

This is a refreshing anime for me. It doesn't follow thy stereotypical "plain girl likes perfect handsome boy" or vice versa. It tells the audience about different perspectives of love and life from different types of people.

Bah. I just love the anime...It's too damn good.

@the4realeddie It's actually a josei, which is just a more mature and well rounded version of shoujo. Essentially, it's simply better in every way unless you actually WANT to see shallow highschool-based situations.

@Iisankun most of the shoujos i have seen have no shallow high school-based situations...seems like each one has a main character (mostly female) with an imaginary companion, and they go fight a bunch of things, make friends and learn a LOAD of moral lessons. but sometimes labeling an anime with a gender category can make those of the opposite sex not watch it or not enjoy it as much. therefore, i was devastated when i found out fma was technically a shounen T_T

seriously,i've been an fan of this anime since i first seen an random episode on tv and fell in love.I never tought i would like an romantic anime but the way it makes the characters feel about what happens in theyr lives is absolutly the way we all fell deep inside.I forgot the name of the anime and after seeing again by chance the scene when the glass breaks over the blonde girl,i started to look for it.To me ,that and the ending wee the best scenesand whens takemoto says he loves her.

What I like about this anime besides the story and the characters itself is the opening and ending credits. Nowadays most of the op or ed credits I'd watch in the other shows tend to go with the gritty or the cute. The way this show delivered their op and ed is different. The way they didn't resort to showing the characters and going to either their emo poses or cute poses and instead use objects and scenes as symbolism of the characters makes me appreciate this show even more.

i seriously felt like crying due to the nostalgia i'm feeling after i finally re-listened to this song. one of the best anime that happened to me. the story/characters are serious and realistic. they encounter many obstacles and carried their own burdens. i admire this anime so much & i learned a lot from each character. to be honest, i watched this anime because i felt like i can connect with them and i'm sure everyone else felt the same connection.

actually...i partially agree with xXHana3Xx. I tend to get sad and happy at the same time with this anime and with Suneohair's ending themes Waltz and Split. I don't know why I get sad. It's probably because the show ended and I wanted Honey and Clover to continue. Though the ending's sad I totally love it.

Omg! YES! This is the kinda song that after you have seen the whole series, it just makes your heart ache! This series was so well done. I got the free first episode on itunes.
