Also i managed to kill him with a twin MFAC and Twin EMP executer Aux battery pack and low grav thing i just tell all my team to concentrate on him then it's easy

Yeah, his apoc is pretty awesome: Much more powerful than any normal human herc.

The super pred is extremely dangerous though. Maybe the designers thought they would like something out of the ordinary as the final boss vehicle (a heavily armed, nimble, heavily shielded tank with quicksilver armor).

Perhaps you should have taken time to read the other comments.  It is much easier to win with a team.

what are you mean? i think 1 by 1 more easy than team vs team.because the best way to 1 by 1 is use shield modulator look like battle with prometheus. however you battle team vs team. shield modulator will not useless

A team can keep Harabec distracted while you destroy his support quickly. The talon and the myrmidon die in one shot. The basilisk and gorgon take maybe two or three. That is the key.  The Super Predator is far more dangerous than ANY of the other units, and a team means you don't have to deal with it until it is badly hurt.

I have finished that mission several times, both with a team and without. In either case the shield modulator is not useless if one is careful.

I've actually tried and _can't_ kill him one-on-one with a 4 PBW exec, or an MFAC/emp exec for that matter either. The energy drain is just too much and he's too tough.

If I'm fighting him with squadmates, it's much easier. I tear up Harabecs friends while my squadmates keep him busy... then it's easy.

I actually been thinking about that for a while LOL. I sort of picture this as the end of the world, and the Cybrids sent one champion against one human champion. Harabec wanted a one on one fight, and defeating him like that would crush the remaining humans' spirit, as well as robbing them of their last leader.

ha the cybrids dont care about honor so they are defect//corupt if they dont help

and if you knotice he has back up that will easyly overwelm you if your not carefull and i gave my allies the lightest engin and loaded them with the heavy guns and just so i could fight them bye my self and there's triggers all around the thing so you cant sneak up on him from behind.

and it would crush them even more it it happend like the final human cutscean.

how does shooting down the building hurt his shields when he's in a tank, that doesn't have any shields.

Harabec uses the "Super Predator" (not the one you get to use during the campaign). In addition to the normal advantages of the predator (nimble, quicksilver regenerative armour and nano repair), it's heavier, has extra large mount points (so it can carry MFACS) and carries THETA shields. The theta shields are even more effective on the Super Predator than most hercs due to its small profile.

You really get to find out how tough this unit is when you fight it one-on-one.

I take a Shepard with shrikes and a UAP + shield amplifier and give my boys the big guns. They take em out one at a time then then i shrike beck

It's a MUCH different fight alone: much more challenging, and more fun to me.

Harabec really wants to fight you one-on-one because you killed his brother (but if you take any squadmates, he will match the number, and add one more for good measure).

The building actually does some shield damage on him... and the super pred is very tough so it helps a bit.

I like how you play. I do similar things to give myself a challenge. On some big maps I will seek out every enemy.
