Meh. You really need a lot of 3D models of the city/town/etc to make something like this work well. Otherwise it's just a flat map like many satnav's already do.

What an unimpressive demo. There is no shading in that mapping application. Looks like either OpenGL-Es 1.0 or even 2D.
