The first time I ever heard this song, I was really down and felt worthless and unloved. I was driving around in Pensacola, FL and I had went to a place and felt even lower when I left. I had my car radio on a Southern Gospel station and this song started playing and as I listened to these beautiful words, I felt that God played it just for me that day to let me know that I mattered to Him, if not to no one else! I have never heard it played on a station since that day!
What a great song!!! I was the the Civic Center in Oklahoma City the night Rusty debuted it. I have never been to a concert since that equalled it. When he sang this song, the Holy Spirit was so strong that I felt if I reached out my hand I could touch HIM! It was like electricity had charged the whole place! I will forever remember and thank God for HIS prescence that night!! We miss Rusty and all of the wonderful Goodmans! Thanks for posting this; God Bless
Rusty Goodman was one of the greatest southern gospel singers that God ever placed on this earth. I really miss the great sound of the Happy Goodman family !
I met Rusty way back in the early 1970's at High Bridge Kentucky gospel camp meeting!! That was one of the greatest times of my life, Rusty could sing like no other!

@songwriter1951 I was there for that concert, too. You expressed it so eloquently. It was a powerful moment.

You have no idea how glad I am to find this video--thank you so much for posting it.
We played the Rusty/Larry Gatlin duet of this song at our mother's funeral, so this song has so much emotion associated with it.
Rusty had so many gifts--writing, singing, playing--and the Lord truly blessed him with the gift of putting amazing words to beautiful music.

What a blessing this wonderful song/video is. Rusty Goodman's songs just keep on giving; they'll never lose God's anointing.
