  • Nice train. I also have an ho scale model of 9615, but mine doesn't have BNSF under the cab window

  • "Powered DPU" --from the BNSF Department of Redundancy Dept.

  • Good catch the lead unit is a es44dc,thank you.

  • 7676 is an ES44DC not AC

  • Awesome. Did I count 87 cars? Damn. How big is your layout or is it a club layout? I dream of being able to run trains that long one day.

  • @originalgrump100 stop with your lying bullshit i never sent any email to you what so ever, stop making up shit, i just replied to your comment

  • @originalgrump100 coming from a guy with no videos and only 3 subscribers, lol i almost fell asleep looking at your channel

  • This is love the authentice "grinding" sounds of the ac's! Sounds so much like the real thing!! It's hard to keep track of the 8 or so paint schemes of the BNSF coal gondolas............BNSF'S coal units are never boring here or in real life!

  • This is love the authentice "grinding" sounds of the ac's! Sounds so much like the real thing!!

  • how many wagons on it

  • Hey i can see why your name is originalgrump100 i am glad i can bore you with my videos.

  • That would be a heavy train if all those cars were loaded.

The average 115 car coal train weighs about 14,000 tons.

  • wow very long train, realistic and amazing

  • wow, awesome video!

  • Dpu means (distributed power unit)the rear locomotive is controled from the lead locomotive by remote control, one enginer can control all the locomotives in one train with dpu units.

  • @modeltrainman yes by: consist you can control all the enignes yousing just one remote not having to find every engine in the remote and changing the speed good video by the way

  • whats a dpu?

  • Those BNSF bethgons are shiny!

have you ever used "actual" loads for them besides the drop-in coal? for my NS coal drags I use woodland scenics black ballast to act as coal loads. its tedious work filling them up but its really kewl to see them roll by!

  • That's a great train.

  • The decoders are t55 upgrade kits. I'm not happy with the digitrax sound decoders. There QSI from Ulrich Hobbies. I've replaced all my tower 55 with them.

  • hey that Zephyr looks familiar

  • Wow thats alot of coal!

  • I knew from the horn what decoder that was. It sounds like an AC6000 horn than a Gevo horn. Can the horn type be adjusted? I was thinking of getting one of those decoders, but didn't know if the horn sound was selected or programed.

  • I love those Bethgon gondolas! I've been meaning to pick up a set for myself for awhile now. Wicked awesome!

  • I was there today for a while, didnt see yea there, awesome vid

  • I run powered DPU's all the time. Why is it suprising?
