Yeah, thank goodness they show this film on IFC otherwise I might've never seen it. James Remar is one of my favorite actors in the entire world, right up there with Bill Paxton, Christian Slater, and Jeff Fahey.

Can you please add the instrumental version!!! It will get so many hits. So many people are looking for just the insrumental version. It's was on the opening VHS version of nightmare on elm street 3 dream worriors. It would mean so much to the NOES fans. I also always wanted to know why they changed it. DVD version was a song called throu the fire... It sucked!! The insrumental version of quit cool rocked!!! Please add it!!

@fusiongreenlee The UK region 2 DVD release has both versions. If you hit the audio button on the DVD remote, one channel has the Dokken song "Into The Fire", and the other channel has the instrumental of this track that was on the VHS. It might work on the Region 1 DVD too?

Actually the theatrical version of the film included the Dokken song "Into the Fire". When the movie went to home video, it was replaced with the instrumental version of this song. Not sure why, other than maybe they didn't pay for the full rites to use the song on video release and Quiet Cool was on the same production company. But if you can find the instrumental version.....GOOD LUCK!!!
