The best honey that will help ulcers, kill h. Pylori, kill microbials is 'Organic Raw Manuka Honey', but a warning...it's very expensive, because it can also kill staph infections & MRSA.  Look for it at your local health food store or online, because you won't find it in a regular grocery store.

hunting for raw honey is hard. i want raw honey to be a part of my weekly or monthly consumption but i just can't find any in stores or supermarkets. i live in germany btw.

Greek mountain honey is usually sold non-pasteurized and is usually raw. It is as effective as the New Zealand honey.

It looks like the honey that dude is eating is the store bought BS which is heated and pasteurized. It has nowhere near the same level of benefits as RAW honey. Just goes to show that these doctors don't know a whole lot.
