@LtSgt5 May I remind you that the 2nd Amendment does NOT confer rights, it only reaffirms them. Those rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are negative upon the National government. Our rights do not come from government, they come from our humanity. In my personal case - God.

Reciprocity agreements are working. We do not need federal intervention, especially using the Commerce Clause, in to an area that is a power which belongs to the States.
