  • It's not a leopard gecko it's a whites (or banded) gecko. They are similar to leopard geckos and fat tailed geckos in temperament and look but are generally have more slender tails. You should not mess with wild ones. It's not fair.

  • your a animal abusing idiot . do you even have a moist hide ? no . a warm hide with tank heater ? no . cool hide ? no . kid ur abusing animals leave it out in the wild . ur uncle is a fucking retard for taking them out of its natural habitat into a tiny tank . and im 100 % positive there are no beardie's there either . idiot

  • Isit ok to use sand in the tank, many ppl say no but I've seen lots of them,I want my tank to look nicer n not sure wat other stuff to put inside,at the mo I just use soil frm the pet shop. Plz reply. Cheers

  • what type is it

  • oops, you need to feed that thing!

  • dshgjkkdsjghjkdhfg

  • stop complaining you pussys

  • The way your handerling it is disguesting! They really scared of human touch if its wild, there most sensitive parts are there tail and the legs and your poking them! No wonder hes running about, your kill that thing!

  • this kid obviously knows nothing about reptiles, this is a banded gecko...they ARE native to the US...if you going to keep a reptile at least do some research first on what their needs are and what species your keeping lol...and never take anything out of the wild that disrupts the ecosystem...and you guys who said bearded dragon and leopard gecko...HONESTLY???

  • you do realise its illegal to take animals from the wild. this prison must be next to a pet store or something because snakes and lizards try to avoid each other at all cost

  • leoperd gecko

  • thats a desert banded gecko me and my friend caught a bunch of them in arizona

  • dont use sand

    it can kill them

  • Where did he catch them exactly? like state

  • your uncle was in prison?

  • i caught one in my backyard x)

  • DON'T FLICK HIM YOU FUCKING PRICK!

wish i cloud you in jail like your old man.

you beat women as well as reptiles?

  • Youre uncle is a bullshitter, there were not and still are no bearded dragons living wild in the United States, South America or any other country/continent apart from Australia. There may be a few released/escaped pets here and there across the world.

  • wat do they eat

  • how can you catch a gecko and not put it back in the wild its the most creulest thing ever if its born in the wild it stays in the wild

  • @ny51luw

i'm all for animal rights etc and love my reptile, but if this statement was held in high regard then there would be no pets as they wasn't created genetically in a lab, at some point they have been wild caught, and then captive bread

  • its a panther gecko

  • im confused it looks like a mediterranian hous gecko from a far away distance but up close it lookes like a baby leo?!?!

  • tiger gecko

  • leopard gecko

  • My dad caught one for me and the Gecko bit me twice. He bit my sister too. I nam,ed him Munchy.. I don't know what kind of Gecko but we called him a brown spotted pink gecko. I don't know what he really his so we called him what his colors are. I think it's sort of a whitish color and he is brown spotted but I think he's a Leopard Gecko but I'm not sure. He has a really thin tail and I can't find him anything to eat. How many times does a wild Gecko need to eat? I don't know if he ate at all.

  • this is also a leopard gecko if when it gets four months old or more and its tail is bigger: i have one like it but green

  • @queenKendell I have one that I think is a Leopard Gecko but I'm scared because he has a very thin tail and I don't know if he did or didn't eat at all. He was caught at night so that's why.

  • Hes a banded gecko?????!!!!!!!!!! i catch them every day when im on summer vacation in Croatia!!!!

  • Where is that prison first of all, and bearded dragons?

  • its close to the mexican californian border and there are bearded dragons there not native to the and i dont know how they got there but if you look for them in summer when their basking u can catch them.

  • figures people who cant take care of their berdies release them into the wild. But I mean like what state?

  • Beardies are native to Australia not Mexico or the USA..

  • @TBGeckos i know that its just that someone probably released them into the wild for some odd reason.

  • @TBGeckos i seen a beardies in the wild nd i live in las vegas!

  • @DTOXuno That is great for you. I stated that is where they are native doesn't mean they can't be found else where.

  • @TBGeckos stfu! u just dont wanna sound stupid now!

  • @TBGeckos it is true, in southern cali you can find wild beardies close to the border, ive caught and released about 5 ranging from babies to full grown aggressive adults

  • @TBGeckos WHites are not native of Noth america

but there you have then :) some one Released them :)

  • nice banded gecko. i caught 5 this past week.

  • your lucky i've only caught 3 in the past month because of the weather and it being cool and all there out and about which means i cant just look under rocks and find 3 like i did in the summer

  • fail i ment texas banded gecko uhh

  • i think its a leopard gecko mabey

  • haha in the u.s fun... its a desert gecko you can actualy keep the two species in th same enclosure

  • i did keep them in the same inclosure they get along great no fighting, but the tucson banded gecko died he leaped from my hand and fell abot 5.5 ft :'(

  • That would be a farely young western banded gecko(aka Tucson banded gecko). You wont be able to determine the sex quite yet. To house them you will want to put it on playsand instead of that commercial sand.

  • thanks becuase i was wondering what type of gecko it was becuase ill be getting around 10-15 more sometime in the next month from my uncles friend. p.s. it hasnt eaten in 2-3 weeks i tried feeding it today small crickets but it refused to eat them.
