Every bike's a different case, but that's sounds fair, especially if it's an aluminum PRO XL size. look at the completed listing on ebay, see what something similar has actually sold for, that will give a ballpark comparison to better your decision. But, it is more important now for your bike to fit you the way find it most comfortable. Having your bike dialed in just the way YOU like it is critical to achieving your maximum riding potential. Now, I'm not saying everyone go chop your bars...I'm just saying comfort to each one's riding style is probably more important than keep your bike in mint condition for the 10+ years it will take to start seeing stuff like that really effect resale heavily.

@yamaha04rider And, if you're gonna trim em'...I'd recommend a pipe cutter vs. a hack-saw.

Remember ...you can always cut off more, but you can't add length back on. Take off a little at first, then if you need more off after a road test, then do so, maybe like a half-inch at a time. Take your time, make sure to trim both side evenly. Use a tape measure, don't eyeball it!

@phsycopathicraps11 Both Redline's I sold a while ago. I got my $300 plus S&H on the aluminum, and $260 plus S&H on the Cro-moly.

The Huffy's NOT FOR SALE, I did turn down an offer on the Huffy for $1500 shipped complete! Yes, That's right $1,500(Fifteen-Hundred) and I said NO! Those of you who belong to the BMXmuseum know the monocqueman for the best BMX's in the world, and therefore know his offer on the Huffy was very serious!

Yea, it's all carbon. all tubes are bonded to the aluminum BB shell, head tube, seat mast insert, and drop outs. There are rivets that reinforce the canti mounts onto the seat stays.
