Astral projection. I have had a very vivid outer body experience. It happened at a time when i was partying a lot and putting my body through a lot of physical stress. years ago, during my Reiki Master initiation I stood behind a fellow student to give her an initiation, when the teacher changed the cd. All of a sudden I was an eagle floating over a green, mountain sort of area, but at the same time I was watching the eagle (me?) flying. When I realized that, I was back in the classroom/my body. This took seconds (think?). Is this astral projection? What does it mean, and how can it be, that I was the eagle aswell as the observer at the exact same time?

Wow that is realy weird I tried the vibration thingy and it worked all the way up to my chest but then I stoped because I thought what if I couldn't get back but I could realy feel something happen I thought I was silky at first what you were saying but it's strangely true and weird

I fell off the wing of a plane once, but i am sure it was a dream, i never hit the ground, just floated to a stop and got up and walked .

i can get to the vibration stage but no further, that i know of or can remember.

I experienced this when i was in labour with my first child I remember travelling along a tube /tunnel i could see bright light at the end of the tube, the midwife leaned over me and spoke this seamd to bring me back to the room instantly , i sometimes wonder what would have happened if the midwife had not been there.
