Some people tell me Jaime and Isiah are Talinda's kids and others tell me Chester adopted them. Which one is right

And who is the girl in the picture with Chester and Talinda. I thought Chester only had sons.

Jaime and Isiah are Talinda's kids from her previous marriage.

And I've had the same question with that girl. I'm not sure who she is, but I know she's around Chester's kids a lot. I know that Chester only has sons, maybe shes stepsiblings with one of Talindas kids, im not sure
