  • Ur fucking retarded why would compare someones prime to someone as a rookie...fucking moron

  • number 2 is AMAZING!!!

  • great player

  • JIMMY i'm not talking about teams i'm not talking about LAKERS or Bulls i'm talking that MAGIC beat Jordan in the most important nba awards while they used to played against each other. For example:

MVP NBA REGULAR SEASON: MAGIC 2; Jordan 1, and that's not matter what team do you have beside that LAKERS never went back to the nba finals or conference finals without MAGIC, but Bulls does (1994) and they lost in seven games by two points against New York "Knicks" without Jordan.

  • The only player use passing to dominate the game.

  • Magic and Jordan used to played against each other for 7yrs. (1984-1991) results

    1) NBA TITLES: Magic 3; Jordan 1

    2) MVP NBA FINALS: Magic 2; Jordan 1

    3) MVP NBA REGULAR SEASON: Magic 2; Jordan 1

How u could see MAGIC beat Jordan in the most important nba's award. beside i used to watch both players plays live.

  • @dontsaynobodytoldu That's not a fair comparison. Lakers never ran out of all-stars players but Bulls only had 2 in that 7 years, if you want to compete these two, you should compare 91-93, 96-98 Bulls with Lakers in 80s with championship.

It's too bad Jabbar was too old to play in 91s, otherwise, Bulls could really prove they could beat the show time.

  • He is very good, but i think Michael Jordan is better.

  • 6 rings babe , let em numbers talk .. fuck tha 80

  • Why the fuck are the angles so shit I have no idea how good half these passes are because I can't see what the fuck is going on.

  • What a shame he retired with Aids and a hurt James Worthy. Had he stayed his assist record would have never been touched, and we would have seen him and Jordon back in many finals together. I guarantee you Magic would have won some of those.

  • 1:47 that..... that's just disrespectful...

  • @ChefKevR Peyton ;)

  • Most notably LeBron and Kobe both ought to be on there somewhere.

  • porcaria de video

  • No junior sky hook?

  • No game winning hook shot in the Boston Garden to win the game? Who makes these list?

  • @chefKevR Good question. It amazes me how they could completely overlook the single most famous play of Magic's career.

  • @TheBrainMachine78 Yeah i thought i missed something, like this was his 10 best moments besides the hook shot. I dont know how they leave that off.

  • 1.Jordan 2. Kobe 3. Oscar 4. Johnson 5 Bird 6.West 7. Havilchek 8. Cousy 9. Ervin 10. Zeek I grew up a lakers fan watching showtime, and Magic is not better than Jordan. And you cant compare big men to Pg's its apples to oranges. Its like saying whos better peyton manning or rand moss?
  • @chefKevR The fact that you say you grew up as a Laker fan, and put Kobe ahead of Kareem and Magic, and as the 2nd greatest player of all time, makes you a fan. A fan that is clueless, absolutely clueless about basketball.

One could argue that Wilt is the greatest of all time, if he is not then that's a discussion between MJ and Kareem. Funny how the teenagers see something that's overhyped and automatically name it the "best ever". Hell, Shaq should be higher than Kobe.

  • @75samuel75 Im clueless and you cant read. I thought I made it clear I was not comparing guards to big men. Did you miss that. I made a analogy to help explain why I would not compare them for you too! I think its impossible to really compare big guys to guards, big guys are always more valuable expect maybe Jordan. And Im 34, far from a teenager my son is a teenager, Dick.

  • 2:05 id hit it

  • MAGIC IS BEST PLAYER EVER.

  • @MrMagic002 nah, jordan is.......

  • @flako299400 nope jordan couldnt even beat bird in his prime something magic did multiple times

  • @5042024 well bird either magic couldnt stop jordan on his primee .. so what yu saying

  • @flako299400 yeah but when magic faced jordan in the playoffs he was way past his prime infact he was on his last season and probably had the HIV virus already/ my point was jordan and his bulls never got through the great 80s teams in the east only till bird and his celtics and thomas and his pistons got old that he was able to get through the tough east and faced an over the hill magic, hardly in his prime

  • @5042024 you prolly right bout aw lat , but all i know Is Jd´ is the best eva eva eva eva eva mothafuckaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • @flako299400 keep telling yourself that if it makes you feel better what do i care what you think/ but as a fact nope he wasnt other players were better maybe not as espectacular but were better/ just like its a fact that he never got past the east in the 80s when basketball was better mothafukaaaaaaaaaaaaa magic was better robertson was better shit he average a thriple double if jordan was better why didnt he do that?

  • michael jordan is the best player ever

  • where's the hook shot at 12 vs. the Boston Celtics?

  • @jan279

did it count i don't think so magic made a full court shot at the buzzer in a playoff game

  • @jan279

did it count i don't think so magic made a full court shot at the buzzerin a playoff game

  • Number 2 is awesome...

  • 1.Jordan

    2.Kobe

    3.Magic

  • @KanameKashita

Yeah teammates from 1980-1990 til Kareem Retired then Magic Retires in 91 to AIDS.

Isiah, Bird, and Jordan were all in the league

    Isiah played 1982-1994 Detroit Pistons

    Bird played 1980-1993 Boston Celtics

Jordan played 1984-1993, 1995-1998 with the Bulls and 2001-2003 with the Wizards

  • i think number 10 was number 1

  • @ImSHELLLL

u said it nash never made a no-look pass or half court shots

MAGIC was crazy I LIKE IT

  • @Angelslover9 Nash made a half court shot with his feet!!

  • Wait so Kareem was still playing when magic got in the league and he played alongside Kareem (kareeem abdul jabar)? and im pretty sure of this but wasnt bird still playing with the celtics as well? and was isiah thomas also in the league too? if so then back then most have been both crazy and amazing now a days ppl think these players are great because they havent seen the players back then and how they played, with kareem, bird, isiah, magic, and also jordan tho it was later on.

  • he runs pretty weird lol

  • I was waiting for the game winning hook shot against the 87 Celtics & then that jumping Laker girl at 2:03 made me forget all about it

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, that man had phenomenal vision and instincts! It seems like a guy like that would make a great NFL quarterback too.

  • Did he say 50 rebounds?

  • @AyyanTalib 15 rebounds!!!!!

  • I think Michael Jordan is the best player ever, but Magic is damn close. Kobe is not the best Laker ever, its Magic.

  • lebron, on the real, he,s very good, but would,nt make a pimple on magic ass.

  • I like how most of these highlights are assists. Today's NBA players could learn a thing or two.

  • That half court Shot was one in a million

  • number 1 was good but the rest stink. had much better plays than this

  • @mikallink Stink? How about you do what Magic does?

  • his passes were like bullets. U dont know what happends after u see it a second time

  • Don't you love announcers' hyperbole? #6: he passed "through 8 or 9 players" to James Worthy. Really? Magic is one player; Worthy is one player; and it really went through 9 other players? So, what there were 11 on the court?

  • How many years will it be before we see another Magic Johnson? A 6'9" point guard with great leadership, unbelievable basketball IQ, amazing court vision and passing ability, a wonderful personality, clutch scoring, and a killer will to win. We'll see another Jordan (Kobe?) before we see another Magic.

  • @triton2toro ........he play center at 6'9 height

  • if the current Lakers had a player like Magic, it wouldn't be so easy to hate them.

    as it is....fuck Kobe.

  • Dude where's my Junior Junior Sky Hook? Hated the Lakers, but man that shot gives me goose-pimples every time. SO SICK!

  • @Aznkidcher

The Junior Junior Sky Hook should be there someplace.

  • magic is better than jordan.

  • @StFuMoThErFuCkEr no, but bird is better than magic

  • the best point guard period

  • #1 pure magic motherfuckers

  • I think if he played in 2000s Deron and Chris wouldn't argue about the best PG in the game.

  • very unselfish and that's what I call magic!

  • i met majic in atlantis resort i shook hands with him

  • hIS majeSTy

  • lebron reminds me of magic

  • @seaLIFFY lebron's a douche.

  • @seaLIFFY no magic actually is a true point and he actually made a legacy by himself not with 2 other superstars.

  • @tabbrown45 james worthy and kareem are in the hof...

  • he is the man

  • Dude the nr 2 made my eyes wide!

  • What about the hook shot that won them the game..?

  • The last 3 were hella beast...if we still had him on the lakers...

  • 6 ft 9 point guard soo confused....

  • wow magic johnson is the greatest he took the place of kareem abdul and played in the post too wow he was incredibly talented

  • holy BALLS, Vlade Divac was on Lakers back then? How long did he play on the Lakers for? An eternity?

  • wheres da baby skyhook to the celtics ?

  • The only player ever to play every position on the court and do it at a star level... The best player of all-time... You guessed it Earving "Magic" Johnson!!! When anyone else does something as amazing or remotely close to that you can add them to the conversation...

  • great to see him smile

  • bring lebron in the conversation when he wins a ring.

  • Thehound you are just about right on it! seetow how can you include (Lebron) a guy with zero championships in your top five, ahead of hall of fame guys (Hakeem, Kareem, Bill Russell, and Wilt) with multiple championships is beyond me.

  • the best of all time, period

  • Magic Johnson is the greatest basketball player of all time. did i say all? i meant all

  • Magic could do it all, PG,SG,SF,PF,C, michael couldn't

  • Best Athelete in the HISTORY of ALL SPORTS is Michael Jordan. Best one on one of all time is Michael Jordan, basketball is a team sport, best basketball player of ALL TIME is MAGIC Johnson. Magic retired because of Hiv at 30 years old with 5 NBA rings, Michael Jordan won his first ring at 31, who is better?

  • u forgot magic could play in all position jordan coldnt but botrh are go either way.

  • How are people gonna try to say steve nash is a better passer?

  • @ImSHELLLL because they don't have no damn sense and they lack a lot of knowledge about the game of basketball!

  • @ImSHELLLL theres only one magic. he would run circles around todays players

  • @ImSHELLLL maybe because he is!!! i guess you havent seen how amazing steve nash is compared to magic

  • get TALLER to play bball better. Watch my videos

  • #3 was funny

  • who is a better all around player

magic johnson or oscar robertson, the world may never know.

  • @TheJufe magic being his humble self would say oscar is the better player. I never watched oscar so I wouldn't know I you can't tell by highlights. stats help but thats only a slice of the pie. even jordan gives it up to magic, two of the greatest.

  • a passing artist

  • He is the best passer ever

  • Magic makes the sickest passes in the playoffs ever.

  • 2 is the best

  • Magic is the best all around player ive ever scene

  • Michael jordan is the best of all players in nba

  • This is magic's vid. We all know that MJ's the one stop shovin' it on our throats..

  • my top ten list 1.michael jordan 2.michael jordan ( cuz he was that good :P) 3.oscar robertson 4.kareem 5.magic 6.bird 7.bill russel 8.wilt 9.hakeem 10.jerry west 8.hakeem 9.jerry west
  • where is Julius Erving on that top 10

  • yeh id put him up as 10, gave mj 1 and 2 as a joke :P

  • gago

  • 1. Magic (could guard and play all 5 positions)

    2. Jordan (graceful smooth smart clutch superb athlete)

    3. Oscar (was one of the best all around players if not the best)

    4. Kareem ( best bigman to ever play)

    5. Bird ( another all around player and great shooter)

    6. Wilt (better athlete than people think)

    7. Russel ( one word rebounds!)

    8. West (The logo and so clutch "Mr. clutch")

Shaq. (the most dominant player i have seen)

    9. Isiah T (played hard D and great heart and had major skill)

  • @TheHound66 I thought that Russell is blocks not boards

  • @TheHound66 You should have mentioned Russell's blocking prowess also!!

  • @TheHound66 i wud replace shaq wit yao anyday

  • @TheHound66 where is erving?

  • @TheHound66 i thought russell=blocks and defense

  • @TheHound66 1. MJ (the messiah of basketball) 2. Wilt (most prolific offensive force ever) 3. Bird (best shooter, smartest player ever, allround-king) 4. Magic (eye, skill, enthusiasm, pure winner) 5. Kareem (second best big man) 6. Big O (the eternal standard for allround play) 7. Russell (one word: Defense. second word: teamplay) 8. Hakeem ( most skilled and graceful big man ever) 9. Shaq (most powerful and explosive low post player) 10. West (top offense, top defense, top clutch)
  • @GlennGould77

knocking on the door of my top 10: Karl Malone, Elgin Baylor, Julius Erving, Bob Pettit,

I don't wanna rate active players still in or near their prime like Kobe, Duncan or Lebron...

  • @TheHound66 i agree with you except i'd put jordan number 1 even though i'm a lakers fan.

  • @TheHound66 ...if shaq is the most dominant player you have ever seen, then you must not have seen wilt play...wilt makes shaq look sick, but then again wilt makes everyone look sick...

  • @TheHound66 Agree with the list. But Julius Erving needs to be added to this list. Excellent shooter and excellent defense. Imo, Magic is the best player to play the game due to him being able to play all 5 positions, dominate them, dominate Philly (I saw that rookie year series) and win MVP in that series in his rookie year. No one has done that to this day. Magic and the players from his era, the big men changed the game. Playing small guard skills.

  • Haha, no. Putting Shaq and not Hakeem in was and is retarded. Shaq couldn't guard him in his PRIME and neither could David Robinson, so much for being the most dominant.

  • @TheHound66 Yeah, and Hakeem Olajuwon is not the best center to have ever played the game of basketball... And every center on the planet tries to copy his moves 'cause he was a technically poor player.... DID YOU FORGET HIM OR YOU MISSED HIM CAUSE HE'S NOT AMERICAN??

  • @TheHound66 ur a idiot

  • @TheHound66 what about George Gervais hahaha

  • @TheHound66 Hakeem Should be on there above shaq, but I agree 100%.

  • @TheHound66 Weak list. Get Isiah, Oscar and West out of there and replace them with Duncan, Kobe and Hakeem.

  • @TheHound66 Magic could not guard every position, do you think he really could have guarded a all-star center like Hakeem or Kareem. Matter of fact magic was not even a great defender at his own position. Jordan is number one simply because magic according to you, played with the best big man, and a HOF in Worthy while Jordan had one HOF and has one more ring than magic. What makes Kareem better than wilt or Russell. Kobe won title twice with no HOF on his team, has to be better than Zeke.

  • @chefKevR dude he played center inhis rookie year to seal the tittle 4 the lakers and destriyed he had like 40some points over 10 boards 7 assists steals IN HIS ROOKIE SEASON and jordan never beat the celtics pistons etc in their prime something magic did/ last thing 80s teams like the lakers celtics pistons were waaaay better than the teams jordan actually beat sonics jazz etc/ last thing jordan beat magic in his last season in the NBA and probably had the HIV already NO WAY JORDAN BEATS MAGIC

  • @5042024 If you watched the game you would see that magic rarely guards the center in that game. To your next point, the Bulls beat the pistons after the pistons one back to back titles. Youre right teams in the 80's were stacked. So how do you expect jordan, woolridge and paxson to compete with Bird, mchale, parrish, Johnson, I could go on? Magic did not have aids in 91. So Jordan did beat magic. Finaly, jordan won rings with no center, in a league with olajuwan ewing robinson barkleyand malone

  • @chefKevR 1st magic won the tittle in his rookie year and had a huge part in doing it at 20yrs old/ 2nd he retired in 92 due to contracting the HIV so its safe to say he already it had while playing in 91 and dont forget that was his last season way over the hill then and the laker team had an OLD worthy and no jabbar clearly not the 80s team 3rd it doesnt matter whos on your team if you get beat thats that you got wooped 4th like i said he only beat the pistons after they got old

  • @5042024 Were going in circles now. Again pistons won back to back nba tittles 89, 90, the following year they lost to bulls, how are they old? You keep saying magic did this and that, like he didnt have help from one of the best centers of all time. It is also not safe to say he had hiv in 91 if you knew the facts you wouldnt say that. Last you say magic lost to bulls because worthy was old and kareem was gone, but then you follow by saying it doesnt matter whos on your team

  • @TheHound66 Remove some of them plz

  • 10. Tim Dunkin (the big fundamental people forget how good he really is)

my opinion...sorry if your favorite guy isnt there.

  • 654magicman wut u been smokin on how could u put t-mac and d-fisher b4 KOBE.

  • 1.magic johnson 2.mike jordan 3.dennis rodman 4.hakeem Olajuwon 5.larry bird my startingfive my bench players 6.kobe bryant 7.derek fisher 8.lebron james 9.shaq 10.tony parker
  • my top 10 1. mike 2. magic 3. shaq 4. bird 5. lebron 6. hakeem 7. big o 8. kareem 9. wilt 10. bill russell
  • GTFO Lebron. where's Barkley? or Hakeem Olajuwon?

  • LOL hakeem @ number 6? no way is barkley in top 10. he's a good player, but overrated because of his personality and lack of size at the pf spot

  • @seetow01 Spoken by someone who has NEVER seen Barkley play. "92 dream team MVP" kind of puts him in the top 10 alone. Barkley in his prime would dominate any PF you can name, past or present

  • UR KIDDING RIGHT?

  • @fhsambuichi ...about?

  • @seetow01 ... lebron top5???

  • My top 10 all-time 1. Magic 2. Michael 3. Bird 4. Kobe 5. Jabbar 6. Chamberlain 7. Russell 8. Oscar 9. Tim Duncan 10. Shaq Honorable mention: Lebron, Malone, West, D-Wade and Dr J. I know this list is is up for debate but it's a pretty good list !! I included some of the current players of todays game that have had a great impact Kobe, Shaq or Duncan have won the past 7 of 9 championships!
  • my top 10 players 1 Magic Johnson 2 Larry Bird 3 Michael Jordan 4 Hakeem Olajuwon 5 Wilt Chamberlain 6 Isaac Thomas 7 Scottie Pippen 8 Glide Drexler 9 Julius erving 10 Dominique Wilkins
  • Isaac thomas ?

or did you mean ISIAH thomas ?

  • I think its Isiah... no actually i know its ISIAH thomas, how could u call him isaac if hes one of your favorite players, rub1981 ?

  • @tatumeagle1 sorry Isaac is in spanish! great player!

  • i changed my list in another comment but it aint here.. Okaii well here it is again 1. Magic Johnson 2. Julius erving ** 3. Wilt chamberlain 4. Micheal Jordan 5. Bill russell 6. Hakeem olajuwon 7. Karl Malone 8. Shaq o'neal 9. Larry Bird 10. Scottie pippen And it's not in any particular order..
  • What about his baby hook?

  • Lukemochrie thats retarded... how can u put wilt at number 10.. ridiculous.. absurd.. i dont think u even know anything about b ball

  • his passing..... that is unique he passes so fast. to get his power he cocks back it looks weird but he is so good

  • my top 10 players.. 1. Magic Johnson 2. Erving Johnson 3. Michael Jordan 4. Scottie Pippen 5. Karl malone 6. Hakeem Olajuwon 7. Larry bird 8. Lebron James 9. Kevin garnett 10. Wilt Chamberlain Any one agree with me ?
  • pippen and malone better than Bird and Hakeem? Never!

  • lol at lebron james on that list. he may go down as one of the greats, but to put him in that class already, im not so sure. karl malone is good, but he is outside the top 10. id have kobe bryant somewhere on that list - even at number 10

  • I love the part where Earvin Johnson and Magic Johnson are the same person. Maybe you meant Julius "Dr. J" Earving? Still, your list is bad.

  • best ever! i believe in magic

  • nice laker girl outfits

  • no one had better court vision

  • What do you think ??

    Johnson or Jordan?

    for me Johnson

  • I like Jordan, for me, he is better than Johnson, but I like Johnson a lot too, I'd like to play as a point guard like him, but in general I think Jordan... =D'

  • I don't care what anyone says...I think he is the best basketball player ever!

  • @jrtheripper agreed sort of

  • @jrtheripper

For sure, he could play any position!

And 40+ points for a rookie in the finals!

    He's a beast!

  • I post a video response that shows three other camera angles for the #2 action.

  • goods shot in number 2

  • Hard to believe the hook shot from 1987 is not in there. I am a Celtics fan, but that was amazing.

  • Comment removed

  • where amazing happen

  • Johnson and Jordan are the best

  • magis is the best aLL TIME OVER EVERY ONE MYBE NOT THE BIG O HE AVERAGED A TRIPLE DOUBLE

  • that was amazing, wow a triple from 8-6 meters, now we know why the called him magic,,,,
