@tendra84 yea the song was called soulful, i remember they played that also as an encore at the catalina jazz club in hollywood, the pianist kept playing that sick bass line until he was the last one on stage, i don't think they recorded it yet but there is a live version of it on youtube

You might want to check out Nicholas Payton for trumpet or Donald Harrison for sax, but noone is as cool and smooth and versatile as Roy is... I just love his sound whatever type of music he plays...

Yeah, this is by far his best album. It's too bad that the majority don't realize how much passion and hard work it takes to make music like this. This is why I very seldom listen to smooth jazz, hip hop, and R&B anymore.

I got that album. It's his best ever. Doubt he'll ever be able to top it either, lol! Then again, Roy's at that point in his career where music like this just might end up coming out in a steady stream of creatively inspired releases...
