Its rather Fallout 3 and VEGAS THAT are "dlc"s for Oblivion shivering isles.

This game has been in developement since before Vegas and maybe before Fallout 3, and it has its own TECH, gameplay, and eaven style and story, though I see the clear simialarities they are quite different.

Oblivion and Fallout are boring, and butt ugly games with cheap old tech and  canny mechanics and graphics.

Other than BORING wich is an opinion, it is fact.
